The room was spacious and people working in hotel were super nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the cleaning lady was coming every day. Location was good, 10min by walk from city center. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The room had very little natural light, since the windows are facing another building, that is right next to the hotel, but since we only slept there, that didn’t bother us much. Hotel is a bit old, so don’t expect anything super modern, but it completely fitted our needs.

The view from the room was obstructed by a neighboring building, which prevented any sunlight from entering. This issue wasn't limited to just one room, and a series of rooms had a similar situation. Additionally, we couldn't locate an elevator within the building. Not all of the receptionists spoke English, so it may be helpful to have a translation app on hand if you are not fluent in Spanish. The internet speed was not optimal, and as a result, we preferred to use our cellular data instead. The location is almost far from visiting sites. You need to walk for around 20 minutes or use public transportation to reach a spot.

I have to say I was very unhappy about the receptionist ´s attitude. When I was about to check in , I simply entered the door and waiting for the other 2 customers to finish, the receptionist ( a guy in blue sweater ) was extremely rude to me by simply saying in Spanish : Perate Fuera ! (Wait OUTSIDE ) I was very shocked by this kind of customer service. First of all, I didn´t see clear sign at the door telling customers that there are a maximum number of customers at one time at the receptionist. Secondly , there is a bar in the hotel , so it is not like the hotel has limited space. When it was my turn, this receptionist was being very ignorant , asking me ¨what´s your name ¨ while holding my ID card in his hand. And after I said I made a reservation on booking.com, he still asked : don´t you have the booking confirmation ? But actually he simply didn´t even check in the system before asking this question. Anyway, the rest of the hotel is fine. The location is not bad and facility is fairly new.

Unpleasant smell from the drains in the bathroom, outdated furniture, and ready poor WiFi signal. I arrived at the hotel after midnight in my car, and when I called them to ask where the carpark was, I was told the carpark is full. The booking was nonrefundable and they charged my card immediately after telling me they did not have a parking space for me, even though it would have been common decency to allow me to cancel the booking without being charged. After two phone calls to booking.com (the first agent never returned my call after "trying" to contact the property so I had to call again) and more than an hour sitting in my car in front of the hotel (in a place where parking was not allowed) I had no choice but to drive around trying to find a parking place/garage (which cost me 28 euros for a day instead of the 19 euros the hotel charges for their own parking). I managed to check in at 2:30 in the morning. Overall, disgraceful!

The room was big enough for a family stay. Good heating system but not enough warmers in the bed. The guy at the reception was very helpful and nice.

We didn't stay at Ana Maria. No reason why, was given. We were transferred to Hotel do reino de Granada at Recogidas. The windows were not sound proof and it was so so noisy during the night. We barely slept with the screams and shouts and motor sounds outside. At the end of the day we haven´t chosen that location to stay , so it was not a pleasant experience.
