This hotel was in a great location and had wonderful, friendly, speedy staff.

I was a little surprised at a few things: 1) there is a €5.50 surcharge for room service in the morning, meaning even if you’re just ordering a coffee it’s over €7. In Spain coffee is usually €1-2. This is extremely inconvenient if traveling alone with a child. There also was no coffee machine or kettle in the room so basically you have to wait until you can wrangle your toddler down to breakfast. 2) the breakfast is limited compared to other NH hotels, though the staff was lovely. 3) the balcony door didn’t really lock; we were on the 6th floor but it was a concern for me with a child. 4) the door only has a bolt, no physical lock. This means my child could open the door on their own. This was also a concern.

This hotel has everything. Great location only a short walk from the train station and just a few minutes from the centre, the museum, restaurants and an El Corte Ingles, The room was very spacious with an excellent balcony and view. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great shower - everything worked perfectly. The desk, internet, safe and TV all worked well. The breakfasts were very tasty with lots of variety - I had it everyday there. And all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to unpack on Day 1 and live there for 7 days with no problems. Also, they give you a free drink for everyday that you don't need housekeeping, which is a great way to stop waste in hotels. Lastly, the city of Huelva is a wonderful place to spend several days to roam about, relax and enjoy

Hotel was located a block from train station, a fifteen-minute walk from bus station, and just at the entrance to the pedestrian area of the city center. El Corte Ingles and the hipermercado were about three blocks away. Could also walk to the riverfront area within about 10 - 15 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large. If you choose to not use housekeeping for a couple of days and reuse towels, you get a voucher for a drink at the bar (soda, beer, wine, tea). Tons of great restaurants and cafes within an easy walking distance. Gym was good. Pool was under construction, so cannot comment on that.

Only thing we did not experience was the morning buffet breakfast. It was too expensive given the number of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean, and the hotel's private underground parking very handy. It was within easy walking distance of bars and a good variety of shops. There was also something of interest for football fans immediately next to the hotel ( history was made here).

Although I had booked a room with a balcony, there was no outside seating, and only one chair in the room, so we couldn't both actually enjoy the balcony at the same time. My other niggle was that the drinks/snack bar was on a type of mezzanine, and had to be accessed from the floor below by steps, or the floor above, again by steps. As I am temporarily using crutches, it was quite a struggle to enter and leave the bar area. Wheelchair users would probably find it impossible to access.

Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Very spacious. The bedroom was also spacious with comfortable bed and access to a small balcony. The staff were excellent at reception, in the bar and at breakfast. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and based on check-in details they recognised this and at breakfast brought a cake and candle. Then at early evening they came to our room with a complimentary plate of cheese and ham.

The walls were thin and so you could hear the TV from the adjacent room in the morning,

The attention received from the staff. They were very welcoming and proactive identifying my needs before I mentioned anything!. They left a bottle of water in the room which was a surprise and gave us a welcome drink . They were all very friendly, specially Sandra.We felt at home during our stay. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Location is great, close to the city center and you can walk to many places. Breakfast was also excellent. This hotel exceeded our expectations and it was the best one of many 4 stars we booked for our trip. I will definetely be back.

Everything was great. The hotel and the staff exceeded expectations. The room decor could be updated a bit though.

Location! It is closed to train station, there is Huelva museum in front. Huelva is a small city, you can go anywhere by walking. Special thanks for the lady with big smile at reception( sorry forget her name), she is the best : speaks very good English, smiling face like sunshine. She helps us to keep luggage after check-out.

The wall is not isolated, TV noise from next door.

Beautiful room with all the amenities I look for. Large comfortable bed, desk and work area, excellent shower, modern safe. There was also a beautiful balcony. Excellent location - right near the train station and the Museum, short walk to the city centre. Really good breakfast. I also ate late dinner in the lounge a lot - very good food and service. Friendly helpful staff.

I wish the people at reception had been a bit more knowledgeable about their city, tourism and restaurants. Also at times they weren't even able to break a 10 euro note for change.

Perfectly situated for exploring Huelva. Only 3 minutes walk to the historic centre. I didn’t use the hotel car park because there’s plenty of parking on the street. Welcome at reception was friendly. My room was on the 7th floor which is the top. I had an unexpected balcony with stunning views over Huelva. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was very quiet. The WiFi was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location. All staff were exceptional- professional, helpful, friendly, outstanding! Bar prices reasonable. Breakfast extensive. Isabel and Alberto were amazing.

Only paper cups in the bedroom. Dirty glasses not removed. Hot breakfast food not replenished. Flies on the pastries.
