The coffee machine in the lobby was great! The room was clean and good sized. Modern look and design. There was a huge bathtub that was wonderful! Breakfast was fine: 10 euros if paid at booking, 13 euros if not prepaid, and one free breakfast if room is not cleaned (not available morning of check out).

The location is nothing special but does have cafes and a Mercadona close by. The internet was strange. I don’t have a call plan so I rely on the hotel’s internet. For my 3 days there, I had no access to any emails I had received and also couldn’t send any. Also, there was no phone charger by the bed. The only way to charge my phone was to leave the light on that the switch was connected to! Very poor planning since charging usually happens at night!

Hotel was impeccably clean, staff very polite and helpful. Room was nicely appointed and bathroom was especially quite modern and nicely designed. Blackout curtains worked very well, bed was quite comfortable. Excellent value for money.

I think the room has just been cleaned and there was a very strong air freshener smell, not a bad smell itself but really overpowering. I had to air the room out to make it a bit more bearable. I also had a few problems with the internet - it's an open network and I was not able to connect to some things I needed for work because the network was not secure enough. I ended up having to use my phone as a mobile hotspot. Perhaps the hotel could add a password to the network to improve this?

I’m so grateful with the staff that gave us the chance to change my nights for others a few weeks later. We weren’t able to go because of the Dana but they don’t hesitate to tell us to reschedule. Good commodities at the room and the hotel in general. Complete breakfast (not included un the room price).

Good location and big room.

The post said there was free parking nearby which in the end was misleading. We had to pay 15 euros for the hotel parking. And nearby where? The street was blue with payment. So that was somewhat disappointing.

Easy going business hotel, quiet street, near most places in town ( walkable). Comfy bed & stylish bathroom

Street was a little noisy with deliveries over night. Not in the hotel s control. However in their control, 1 lift not working & the usual key card failure

The hotel is in the city center and in a quiet area. 30 min walk to the station. Comfortable rooms.

Not that I did not like it, just to tell. No kettle or coffee maker in rooms but in the lobby there is tea and coffee all the time (no charge).

The internet WiFi connection should be improved in order for the customers to have excellent internet connection.

The room and beds were great.

The neighbourhood was less inviting than the hotel itself. Lleida has a very mixed population and the customs of newcomers seems to obscure some of the traditional Spanish vibe.

The staff were very helpful throughout, and also very supportive when I had to go to hospital after an accident. Also it was easy to find coming off the motorway.
