A wonderful experience! The hotel is full of clever imaginative decor, instillations, and artefacts. Themed, decorated bedrooms were amazing. As motorcyclists, we were so impressed with the "Route 66" room. (Special thanks to receptionist Juan). Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, and snacks. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Very good breakfast. Dinner in the adjoining 'El Tram' restaurant was excellent. Good parking with the option of having supervised or unsupervised.

I guess that I had booked a regular room and they upgraded me to the spa room, which was in a different area. The room was very spacious and had, well a nice big spa bath tub and lounge area. Very nice. As always the staff were great and the parking options are easily adaptable to our needs.

The location is very convenient for stays with working with the UdL though not comfortably close for walking to the city center historical areas.

We stayed here visiting Aragon MotoGP. Secure covered motorbike parking with a small charge. Very clean, comfy bed, good shower, good WiFi, good aircon, good pool, friendly hotel. We didn't eat here due to timings. Several supermarkets opposite and petrol station nearby with good coffee.

On a busy main road although you can't hear it and it means good access. Sound carries easily from corridors.

The hotel was brilliant for a family stay. The kids LOVED the play area, it had trampolines, go carts, a soft play climbing area with slides and even toy horses that you can ride around. Myself and my partner enjoyed the spa and spent an hour being pampered and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and had an incredible selection of hot and cold dishes, both Catalan and international. The family room was lovely with a super king sized bed and bunk beds for our children and the room could be divided by a curtain when the children went to sleep, allowing us to watch a movie or read a book with our side lights on. The rooms came with a large walk in shower and two person jacuzzi bath. It was all very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping came daily to clean and change the towels and bedding. The mini fridge is stocked with water and potato chips free of charge too. The staff were lovely and there was always someone available and willing to help. It is right beside a main road and has on-site parking. Directly across the road is a mc donalds, an American style restaurant, 10 pin bowling with an arcade, a sports bar and various supermarkets.

Great place and I would happily stay there again. Large place with plenty of space and many things on offer. I was there for work so little time for the gym or spa but I did enjoy breakfast in the bar and an excellent dinner every night.

The internet wifi was easy to connect but the speed varied. Perhaps something to do with the weather?

The spa was fantastic but we're not aware that it's an extra cost. The rooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable and clean. The hotel is very nicely and quirky decorated. Breakfast was fantastic.

We had a small dog with us which we were told was 19.90 extra which includes a bed and water bowls but never received these. Unfortunately some of the facilities were not open which we were looking forward to eg the pub and bar.

The property was near to where a family member lives, but also easily accessible to the city of Llieda. Nice nearby bars and eateries.

Rooms are a little dated, and could do with some modernisation. The bar in the hotel didn’t seem to be open at any point, or the restaurant. There was a small coffee/drinks bar off the reception.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The swimming pool is a bonus. Secure gated parking.

It's away from the town unless you want to eat at the next door restaurant (not open Sundays) or McDonald's opposite so it's a taxi/car ride. The attitude of the staff varies and not massively friendly.

Easy to find and park. Quick and efficient check in. Very nice comfortable bed, best so far this holiday. Excellent restaurant with top quality menu and great staff.

Room was very dark with only two dim bedside lights. Impossible to read a book in semi darkness.

I would like to make special mention of staff member Salwa and sincerely thank her. Whilst staying at the hotel we had a medical complication from a prior road accident. Salwa was the epitome of calm and helpfulness which we hugely appreciated. In addition to an exceptional staff member, this hotel was great with lovely rooms and breakfast. The easy, safe parking was also appreciated.
