The girl at the reception, unfriendly, answering in single words, "passport", "here", "there" etc. Incredible that totally uninterested people like her work in such an amazing environment. The room was steaming hot, I had mentioned this twice during the day. After the (amazing) dinner back at the room is was still boiling (bear in mind it was 6 degrees outside) so went down to complaint. Nothing could be done by the staff other than give me a key to check out another room myself and pack my stuff and carry my staff through the hotel myself at 23:00 in the evening.

Very nice hotel with sweet amenity. Excellent size rooms, great large bed and efficient garaging facility. Evening restaurant was good without being spectacular and most of the wait staff not seemingly concentrating on patron needs. Highest commendation to Felix whose service was excellent.

The Parador seems located in something of a ghetto. It did not seem safe walking or driving the streets even in daylight & the street ”stench” on the morning of departure was disgusting. Shame really, since all this has nothing to do with the Parador. For the special price, the breakfast was very ordinary.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at reception were welcoming and gave us a map and lots of advice about places to visit and how to get there. We had a good sized room with very comfortable bed, and a bathroom with bath/shower. Everything was really clean. We loved the building and enjoyed the echoes of the past. It has been beautifully renovated. The relaxing area in the centre, surrounded by the rows of arches, is amazing, and we enjoyed the huge expanse of the old church, where we had breakfast. Breakfast was fab, in true Parador style, and the great hit for us was the fresh orange juice machine. We really enjoyed operating it ourselves! The hotel is very close to local shops, and if you’re going to visit the Seu/ castle, you can go down to the shops and get an escalator (next to MacDonalds) to the lift which takes you right up to the Seu. We’d definitely stay here again - enjoy!

Room was spacious, comfortable, hotel was very clean and in a great location. Bar staff very good.

On checkin the lady was coughing at us, no attempt was made to cover her mouth when coughing. Not very nice in this post covid era. Sheets did not cover the bottom of the bed which is unhygienic. Cleaning team took away open soap and did not give replacement, leaving without the bar of soap they had supplied. Am allergic to their liquid soap

The helpfulness of the reception staff, one of whom managed against the odds to find a garage to fix our car the next morning so that we could continue our journey. Very conveniently located for visiting the cathedral.

The descriptions of the food in the restaurant were so over the top that we decided it was safer to have a simple snack in the bar instead.

The property is a beautiful historic site, centrally located and close to everything. All the staff were friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. I ate in both the dining room and cafeteria. Excellent food, great service - so typical of Spain's Paradors. The pricing was very reasonable.

The bed was a bit creaky at times. Also, I was in a room on the exterior so there could be some street noise at times. Next time, I will ask for a room off the cloister.

Great location in beautiful historic centre of Lleida. Easy parking in the interparking blondel site, for 7 euros cheaper per night than the parador charge ( with app) Wonderful parador. Tranquil and atmospheric Good Internet in rooms Don't believe the racist comments some others have made. There are gatherings of ( mainly) young men, socialising, chatting and having fun in some of the local streets on an evening, but you can avoid these streets easily if you wish to

Restaurant prices in the parador were high, but there are plenty of local restaurants within 5 minutes walk to choose from

Well equipped comfortable room. Good location, right in the center. Efficient check in. It was a pleasant surprise, even if we knew that the hotel was part of the Parador chain. Well lit atrium, efficient bar service. Lleida is off the usual tourist track, but it was worth to stop there: great fort, old Romanesque church and excellent dinner at the restaurant adjacent to the Parador.

Early morning problems with breakfast service. The staff was not ready for the time the breakfast was supposed to be served. 6:00 am was probably too early to provide coffee.

it all went well. It was a pleasant stay. The place is really centric. Didn't get to eat at the restaurant but the food around the parador was really good.

I had stayed at other paradores, and this one felt really new. This is nothing bad, but the feeling of an old building has been replaced by a modern architectural approach that I didn't love. I know this is nothing serious, but that would be my only reason for a 9 instead of a 10.

Lovely hotel modernised without loosing the character of the original convent. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Powerful shower.

Breakfast poor. Lots of oil on cooked breakfast, and stale bread and pastries. Selection generally wasn’t good. The area directly around the hotel wasn’t very nice. I would not recommend staying in Llieda as hard to find restaurants in the evening and the area not great. However, plenty of coffee and cake shops in the day.
