The location is well situated for the centre of Lleida. Most locations can be walked to in 10 - 20 minutes. It's roughly a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Bars and restaurants are nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room had a smart TV which was nice. The WiFi was a little unstable at times but generally good. I found the room to be modern, clean and tidy. The air-conditioning was very welcomed!

Very few problems thankfully, the only thing that was of even a mild issue was the WiFi being a little unstable but it was generally fine.

The hotel was nice and is in a very good location. The rooms were clean and large. The service was really good. The staff and their customer service were excellent, especially Rem, the manager, who was amazing and so welcoming. The entire staff was very professional and polite. They understood and responded to everything we asked and requested. Rem, the manager, and the entire staff were very cooperative and helpful and spoke fluent Spanish and understandable English. I would 100% 💯 recommend this amazing hotel for the hotel itself and its hospitality, and for the hospitality and service the amazing staff members provide.🤩😍👌👏👍

Everything was excellent and amazing at the Hotel Sansi Park except for one thing: the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi signal wasn't that great. But if they change the Wi-Fi company, then it would be good and the Wi-Fi signal would be better. Other than this, everything and the customer service were brilliant. 👏 👌

Despite being located on a busy road I had an incredibly quiet room facing to the backside. Bed is very comfortable, everything is clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast buffet for 13 euro is a good deal. Staff was very helpful. Great value for money!

The hotel is located in a migrant neighborhood. At night there are only young African men on the streets which made me feel uneasy coming back alone in the dark.

We were welcomed that night by the most friendly Hotel associate -'Lim'. It was late at night and we had traveled from Portugal. Lim was attentive and kind listening to our day of travel and set us up in our lovely room. The next morning, to our surprise, she was there again, filling in for a colleague. We felt like VIP's as she led us to a spot for a cup of coffee (on the house) and stayed for a chat. When you are travelling, it's meeting people like Lim who make your trip memorable! The owners of the hotel probably already know this but we wanted to let you know what a great asset to your hotel she is. Thank you Lim!

The rooms are large and comfortable with quiet and efficient air conditioning. Very pleasant.

I found the city of Lleida not as welcoming for tourists as other Spanish cities. The old medieval city seems in decline and to be made up of primarily poor migrants from Africa. The old castle and cathedral were in need of renovation. Whereas most Spanish cities these days have been gentrified and renovated for tourist activities.with cafes and shops, Lleida had few. .

We stayed for a week in two bedrooms. The hotel staff was very helpful and responded to our requests for different pillows. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and we felt very comfortable! The location is centric, walking distance to Seu Vella, Carrer Major and many shops and restaurants. The only downside was that one of the rooms didn't have curtain (it did have blinds), but I would definitely recommend the hotel!

We arrived late at night and were using the hotel as a stop over on a road trip across Spain. Check in was easy and the man on the desk was friendly and helpful. My double room was spotlessly clean with Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. I had a comfortable sleep. Before leaving the next day, we were given pastries and coffee for free to take with us. For the price we paid, this hotel was excellent.

We really liked the very friendly staff members, who welcomed us and made the check-in and check-out a simple process. We were even offered a coffee when we left, even if we did not take the breakfast. The hotel has really good quality beds and pillows, and the bathrooms include a bath which is a plus if you like to take one :-) Lots of restaurants close by, we went to the Sushi place across the street (1 minute walk), which is a recommendation and a plus to have some options so near to the hotel.

The bathrooms are very simplistic, although they have warm water, are clean and offer what you need. The tiles and bath tub are quite 'simple', that would be our only suggestion to improve.

We stayed one night at Hotel Sansi Park and had a lovely experience overall. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. The hotel’s location was great—just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the cathedral.

The only downside was the internet, which was nearly unusable in the evening but improved in the morning when fewer guests were online.

The hotel was well kept en clean. The staff is friendly and helpful a specially Katarina. We loved option to park our car in the hotel parking, for a small daily fee. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were spacious enough for our 4 nights stay. And there was daily clean service of the room.

With the hot tempatures in august, for us it would add value, when the room had an small fridge or minibar. Not to big, just to keep some cans or small bottle of water cold. On the 2nd and 3th day the hotel was at full capacity because of Monegros fest. This caused some problem with not enough hot water for showering. But since it was very hot that was not a big problem.
