Very near the station, big room, big bathroom, quiet on courtyard side

Not sure whether this should come under things that we liked or didn’t like, but my wife who is Ukrainian said it’s just like the hotels that used to be in Kramatorsk before the war. Because of the slightly musty smell. I immediately took offence at this saying it’s much nicer than that and then she said no come on some of those hotels were really quite nice. and it’s true, some were. but they didn’t have big TVs with Netflix on and none of them were that close to the station. So this hotel is on balance clearly better than most hotels in Kramatorsk and that is more of a compliment than you probably think

This hotel is a hidden gem! Rated as a 2 ** hotel, we weren’t expecting a lot from it! But it was a great and pleasant surprise! The two ladies that helped us with checkout were helpful, respectul and very client oriented! They helped us with few hours of parking in the hotel parking, while smiling and being very happy to provide the best services to us! Thank you for that!

The attitude of the lady from concierge when we arrived! After she finished a phone conversation we got the keys of the room and went to bring our luggage. Only to notice she closed the front door of the hotel, while she took the elevator for some urgent task! Other customers wanted to go out of the hotel but they were stuck inside; while we were kept outside!

Great hotel, everything matches the description, friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located, room is clean and tidy, I want to stay longer ... which is what I did. definitely, if you come for a few days, you can safely stay here. The room has excellent blind windows, so you don't have to worry about it being next to the train station. I will recommend to friends.

the only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave ...

It was right across the train station and close to everywhere. The city itself is quite small making it very convenient to walk to all the destinations. The price was reasonably low and the facility had all the necessary utilities including soap, shower gel, hair dresser, clean sheets, and new towels changed every day. There was also the gym. The personnel was quite friendly and helpful.

I think the curtains need to be washed.

The parking was handy, although not obvious to find. Parking is difficult around the hotel and we had trouble finding somewhere so that we could go into the hotel to ask where their parking was. The room was very comfortable and reception staff really friendly and helpful.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities and the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working.

Location. It was in the center of the square and directly across the street from the main train station. They had a huge indoor parking facility on the side of the hotel. You just drive in and park anywhere on a one level floor for 9 euros. No tiny spaces and no driving down narrow floors to park. Room was clean, comfortable and provided new thick white towels.

Initial impressions are poor, outside appearance is old and tatty, but in reality it does all the basics well. The local area is scary, near to the station, but double glazing is excellent for sound proofing. Garage is good for security. Food is by the adjacent snack bar which is only ok.

Location pretty scary.

The room was spacious and had a big bathroom. There was a wardrobe we could use if necessary, and in our room there was a kettle with a complimentary bag of green tea and a biscuit. The room temperature was good in our room, we were warm and comfy, and there were some blankets in the closet if necessary. The room was clean, the check in was easy, the staff nice and helpful (all in Spanish, not sure how their English is). Being able store our bags for the day after we'd checked out was a big plus.

Not all the rooms had kettles and it couldn't be changed upon the arrival, but we payed the same prices for the rooms, as far as I know. The room temperature was good in our room, but not so in another one, I heard from our friends (they stayed on a different floor). There weren't any shops open nearby after 11:30 pm, and the hotel couldn't provide us with a soft or alcoholic beverage.

The hotel is centrally located. It is literally across the road from the main line train station in Lleida. Great and easy transport access to the airports in Barcelona and Madrid.. The airport in Barcelona is 1 hour 20 minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel needs more English language trained employees.

The room was recently refurbished (you could still smell the new paint!) and a good value, and while the property is older, it is well maintained and at a perfect location if you are traveling by train.

Since the building is not new the layout of the bathroom is odd. The hotel is across the street from the train station and quiet but the better part of town is a bit of a walk.
