The ladies on reception were very nice and able to speak English and were always smiling. I spent three nights here and had room 801 which had a single and a double bed. It had a good bathroom with a large shower. The bed was comfortable and the exterior blind meant it was completely dark at night. The hotel was 10 mins from the station and perhaps 20-30 minutes flat walking into the town. It's further, and uphill, to both castles but they and the museums are well worth visiting. I paid 6.5 euros for the buffet breakfast every day (pay reception on the day) and it was good value. I particularly enjoyed the tortilla, the chocolate croissant and the seeded bread rolls. There are no drinks making facilities in the room but there is a bar area next to reception and a vending machine near the lift. There are some cafes nearby but there is more choice in the town centre. 10

Sometimes you do have to wait for the one lift, especially at breakfast or checking out times, but usually I found it free. I did tend to walk down from the 8th floor but used the lift to go back up. One night it was very wet and windy and my window didn't seem to stay shut. However it wasn't a problem as I put The exterior blind down. There's no lounge but there is a small seating area by the lift and tables and chairs in the reception area.

For the price you pay, you get more than what you pay for, in my opinion. The staff are nice. The room I had is relatively small, but it has complete blackout blinds and relatively quiet, so I had a good sleep. Location is also pretty good, not too far from the train station. The breakfast you can pay upon arriving, which is also quite good for the price. Typical buffet breakfast with good enough options. I would go again, Lleida is anyway a really nice, underrated city.

My bathroom door doesn't close completely. It did not really bother me since I was only staying for a night, and again, for the price you pay, it is really not a big a deal.

Clean, well organised, spotless room. Optional breakfast was excellent.value. Good access to central Lleida.

The parking ( garage) is very useful but only for smaller cars ! We were there at a quiet time and appreciate that some of the concerns about sound proofung might be relevant in busier months. Earplugs etc may be useful then.

I was travelling for leisure with my partner and my 10-month old daughter. The facilities are very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. Great variety and quality (the croissants were delicious). I would definitely recommend it and I will myself stay there again during future trips. Thanks!

This is a comfortable hotel, maybe 10 minutes from the train station and about the same from the start of the centre of town. I had a good sized room, the bed was comfortable, the shower was a good size and strength, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very accommodating with my learner's Spanish - kind with my mistakes, and only going into English where it was clear I'd misunderstood.

They do that thing where you have to deposit your key with Reception every time you leave. Which is fine, I just hadn't expected it.

I thought the hotel and room would be dungy in a big city for the price one paid, but got a big surprise with the comfort and safety. Very clean bright room with a very nice view of the park below, watching joggers, dog walkers and kids playing games. Was very pleasant to eat by the window and have this panoramic view. Very good food market around the corner as well.

A lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. Very good breakfast with a selection of tasty pastries. They have a parking though it's located in the city centre.

The parking's shape is weird, I took a bit of time to park in safely. Would be a good investment to make a wall more sound-proofed.

Very clean and modern.Good breakfast I don't understand why it is only a one star hotel -it should be at least a 3 star hotel.

Location is good for the train station but quite far from the bus station.No Tourist Office or map at the bus station.

This is my place to go if I need to stay in Lleida since they moved from hostal Mundial to the new location. Best value for money and exceptional treatment by the staff, who is always keen to help with any query. Clean, comfortable and good size rooms.

I can't find anything to complain about

Comfortable room, basic but fine for a one night stop over. Secure reserved parking was a bonus. English speaking receptionist was friendly and helpful, with directions to the old town and the area where the restaurants were. Good choice at the breakfast buffet - a bargain at €6. Hard to believe it’s a 1 star hotel!
