The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the room clean and modern. Plenty of space in the hotel (paid) car park. Evening meal (1/2 board) had good choices but a pity it wasn't the same menu as the one displayed in the lift which included a glass of wine and water. Pavement bar outside to watch the world go by.

The very modern bathroom had a shower over the bath that wasn't very efficient. Not the hotel's problem but there is little do do or see in Binefar but the hotel is excellent just for a stopover on route.

Tha attached cafe was wonderful with very cheerful staff. The food was very good. And you don’t have to wait until 8:30pm to get served. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The front desk staff weren’t very friendly, probably because my Spanish wasn’t very good. The top floor wasn’t available for relaxing, drinks, and to see the city.

Very good breakfast. Modern, beautifully furnished room. Enjoyed our evening meal. An excellent overnight stay. Will return.

Restaurant is very good, good gym (public) compared to the fact it is a hotel. Room is comfortable, big parking for Spanish standards for the car. I didnt try the spa as it seems a but pricy

A/C is really bad and the bedroom was hot as hell at night. Hot/cold water in the shower was not my best experience. Sofa needs to be cleaned Parking is covered but it’s open 24/7 to visit it trough the open gates

Room lighting was impossible to manage one switch for off but not on, several lights operated from the thermostat! Dining area lit up like Blackpool illuminations so no atmosphere at all.

Staff did everything they could to accommodate our requested upgrade

Kitchen closes pretty early (even a little bit earlier than the mentioned time and no snacks are available to help us. (We did come in very late.. but then again.. we asked for the most expensive room.. ) I would expect at least some snack availability

There is a kitchenette but there are no dishes at all, an hour before breakfast closes a lot of the variety of foods is missing, poor wifi

The hotel is very well equipped, the room are very spacious, and nicely decorated, there are tapa bars and restaurant, the breakfast is very good too,

the city was not very interesting, but it was safe, good thing also that there is a indoor parking
