The food was delicious and versatile. The hotel was clean the pool big enough with a lot of sun beds. The car park secure and convenient. Easy check in and out.

We had an all inclusive reservation and one of the barman at the pool bar didn't want to give me two cups of coffee (I was said that there was a regulation about serving one drink per person!!!!!!). I was disappointed by his reaction. I have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and have never had a similar reaction so far.

Very good value for money, these days 75 euros for a night with half board for a family of 3 is extreme generosity almost anywhere in Europe. Generally there’s nothing to complain about if you know what to expect. It’s a classic 80-90s holiday destination place with all the usual features for better or worse. I probably was there ~30 years ago as a kid, don’t think it’s changed much.

There are a few details that wouldn’t cost management too much but would improved the perception a lot. 1 cheap smallish towel per person is okayish, but could be fixed easily. 1 electricity socket in a room plus one more you can use if you don’t need TV is good for a digital detox, but irritate in 2020s. Food quality is decent, but variety/taste could be better. Although it’s really not bad, especially for the price you pay.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The reception staff spoke English, and there was a fun and engaging entertainment program throughout the day. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied. The location is excellent – the sea is stunning and just a short walk away. We really appreciated the indoor pool, which was important for us – a big advantage. Overall, the hotel is a perfect place to relax. It felt like a beautiful seaside fairytale and a trip we’d love to repeat! Just a small note: the disco doesn’t end at 10 p.m., so music might play later into the evening. But the music was nice – we even sang and danced a bit on the balcony :)

Staff superb & extremely helpful, cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. The room was large & very comfortable & cleaned daily to a very high standard with lovely views of the Sea & pool. Very close to the train station & beach with numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk. A great selection for breakfast catering for all needs including free Cava with plenty of staff to make it run smoothly. A special mention for our lovely cleaner Pepe who done an amazing job.

WI-FI was a little disappointing especially in the room & the entertainment could have been a bit more varied.

Everything was wonderful! My family and I were delighted with our stay at Alegria Caprici Verd. The food was delicious, varied, and changed from day to day, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming—especially Marina at reception, who was always kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent: very close to the train stop and the sea, with both Carrefour and Lidl within walking distance.

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the gym equipment could be more varied.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. The cleaners are so sweet. Everyday they’re in to change the towels, clean the entire room, leave out more tea and coffee and when you see them in passing, they’re always smiling and friendly. They put on activities everyday and there’s always entertainment in the evenings. We only had breakfast included as we wanted to go out in the afternoons and evenings to try various restaurants but the breakfast was so good. There’s something for everyone and it’s all fresh.

I was slightly disappointed on arrival when our room wasn’t quite ready yet (not a problem at all) but we were advised that luggage could just be left in a room which was not locked or managed by any staff. Anyone could walk in and potentially take a bag that wasn’t theirs.

Big swimming pool, a large number of sun beds at the pool area, freshly baked pancakes at the breakfast, mini refrigerator in the room, possibility to rent beach towels, location (really close to the beach), the closest beach was really great. There was also an entertainment program every day from 10.30 AM to 10 PM (see photo below), and the young guy with dark hair (don’t know the name) from the entertainment team had super energy and made our stay many times funnier!

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant didn’t make us as welcome as they could have. The gym and the indoor swimming pool is only open from 10 AM until 6 PM (would be nice if they opened earlier in the morning). Swimming accessories such as swimming rings are prohibited at the outdoor pool. There was too little amount of sunshades at the pool area compared to the amount of sun beds. No sunshades available for rent.

I liked that they had balcony, good breakfast and dinner, arcades was good (little bit expensive though). Location was fantastic- close to train and the beach.

We had to pay for water- that was ridiculous to us. There were no towels at the swimming pool as we are used to in different hotels. We had to keep calling about towels. Wish there was a slide or 2 for kids into pool. The water zumba class was quite boring, i wish it was more energentic.

Big nice and clean hotel. TWIN room quite spacious with 2 very big beds. Cleaning service superb, not just sorting out the bed linen, but whole room was cleaned very well. No table or chair in the balcony, but when asked they brought, the next day tough.. :) Good breakfast and dinner. Indoor pool nice and warm, outside freezing. Train stop 100m to Barcelona city centre.

Why cant there be heated outside pool in Spain during winter season.. :D Comoon!

Staff were very nice. Dinner was very good and diverse we loved it. It is a lot of food in the buffet <3 Hotel was great and food for the price!!! Also in general the hotel is very big and also central it is situated in front of the train station.

Be aware that you need to pay parking 10 € per night if you have rental car. since it was April is not to cold and is not too hot so the air conditioning wasn't working, so the air was a bit bad in the bedroom, cause when I opened the window from the balcony neighbors were smoking so it was bit uncomfortable and dry air during night. But in general all is good.
