Everything was great. Check-in was smooth and fast, the guy at the counter was helpful, fast and very friendly and polite. Room was much bigger than expected. Since I had an extremely early check-out, they arrange a way for me to leave my key. The hotel is just 2 mins from trains station, really convenient!!

Elevator had a funny smell and remote control wasn't working (batteries?), but none of this was an issue for my stay, all of it easily fixable. It's a modern hotel in a inner alleyway so it is quiet, but no remarkable views. Still highly recommended!

Great value and reasonably comfortable budget property very close to the train station. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Grocery store and cafes very nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I was overnighting in Ourense.

A bit far from the center of town. Rooms were a bit noisy on occasion. Maintenance in the bathroom could be a bit better.

Good location, easy to find parking around. Quick check in, friendly staff, room was clean and decent size.

The door of the balcony was broken and we could not use it. The shower could use some maintenance as the water was leaking out no matter what we did. The mattress is really hard. Other people staying were quite loud on one of the nights we stayed but this is on people not hotel.

The location, just ~120 meter on foot from Ourense's bus and railway station. Fresh air through the window, and alternatively good air conditioning. Do not get fooled by the hotel's plain two stars! I booked when it was said the hotel was almost full, true or not, so I ended up in their most expensive room with a large roof terrace. Maybe I wasn't exactly in need of the luxury, but it was very good value for the money. Many four-star hotels have less to brag about.

Somewhere, I'm not sure exactly where, I'd read "check in until midnight" - but that's an unfortunate exaggeration. The reception closed at 9pm.

Comfortable room on the top floor, and good lighting. Great location near the train and bus station. Good breakfast, including muesli!

The air conditioning was set in heating mode with no option to change it, so it wouldn't do any cooling. It was a warm night and even with the bathroom window open it was too hot in the room.

Clean and modern facilities. The two young women in reception were super nice and very helpful (and they speak excellent English!). Room was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly it was VERY quiet. Practically no street noise. Excellent location across the street from the train station and on the Camino de Santiago. Great price for what you get in return. Strong WiFi.

Very helpful and accommodating with late arrival due to delayed trains from Madrid. Responded quickly to our concerns arriving after midnight. Perfect location to train station. Clean and comfortable at a very decent price. Breakfast was very reasonable. Supermarket nearby.

Very friendly staff, very close to the train station. A bit of a walk to the town centre, but the convenience of getting to the train station quickly in the morning was worth it.

I had an issue with my room, but the staff were super helpful and offered resolutions. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, not worth the €7/8 in my opinion. Mainly bread, coffee, artificial jams, cheap yoghurts...

I liked the price and the fact that it was next to the train station. Also one stuff member Maria I think with Blue hair was really helpful and was able to speak English which in Spain is a miracle

The bathroom shower was a little green and black at some corner spots plus the walls were really scratched.

We arrived late but check in wasn’t a problem. Located adjacent to the train station, we were glad to be able to leave our bags in the room and freshen up before we strolled into the centre (15/20 minutes walk) to grab something to eat and to see the springs. Breakfast was very very good.
