Lovely place. Clean, comfortable bed. Nice size room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was a lovely welcome. Great facilities. For the brits - you need a swimming cap!! The city itself a surprising stunning. Just a 5-10 min walk to the beautiful old part. So much to see, do, eat and drink. Perfect one night stop on a long road trip.

The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime.

I loved the room decor which was tastefully done. The walk in shower was lovely. The bed is comfortable and there is a large flat screen TV on the wall. It is a quiet location but still close to the old city.

The spa facility is not complimentary. There is an additional 13 euros charge to use it. This needs to be clear at the time of booking.

The spa in the hotel is alright. More like a jacuzzi type of setting. The rooms were clean, brand new decoration, good elevator. Not easy to park nearby, they have an agreement with a car park nearby for extra charge. Good location 2min away from the restaurants and bars in the historic center of the city as well as touristy areas. Not a bad place to stay.

Staff not always at their desk. Had to wait for a while when I checked in. Other than that, they were kind and polite. Also bear in mind the additional charges for using the spa. Didn't find them abusive but it doesn't come with the stay.

We liked the location near to interesting areas of the city. Reception was very helpful and friendly. There is also a useful food store opposite. The spa was absolutely excellent.

Really nothing that could be altered but there is a steep slope p to the Main Street which was tiring for the older members of the party (80+) If we visit again we may have to choose a different hotel for that reason.

The room/bathroom was perfectly clean and they had a great attention to the details. The location of the hotel couldn't be better.

The breakfast could be better (e.g. more fruits and more fresh cakes, the ones available were from the supermarket)

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Ourense. Nice spacious room with balcony. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was wonderfully comprehensive. The spa a great option to relax after a long days walk on the Camino.

Location, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Kettle in room. Quiet. Proximity to a lovely restaurant & bar El Cotto.

No milk to make use of the kettle & tea bags! Room was a very small.

Location was convenient. Parking garage was easily accessible. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. It’s a basic hotel with great value

Breakfast was not worth 11eu.

Everything is very nice

You have to pay for robes, slippers and a swimming hat at reception. This is mandatory and obviously not included in the accommodation.
