My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made to spend our honeymoon in THIS hotel! We were truly able to relax from the stress of our wedding preparation and to recover some much needed rest! Because everything was all inclusive, we could truly just leisurely enjoy each day peacefully! We stayed for 9 days and we didn't want to go back home! All the staff was VERY welcoming, kind, and helpful in all areas---whether it was the cleaners, the staff at the buffet or a la carte restaurants. Thank you all very much: Nora, Africa, Amber and sooo many more for making our honeymoon a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

Big pools. Very clean. Lovely food.

I had booked the Grand Palladium white Island resort but on arrival i was told that the hotel i had booked was closed due to lack of occupancy. The manager did however upgrade us to a deluxe suite and gave free access to the spa. There was no evening entertainment due to the season ending. I would recommend this hotel only during the summer season.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, I was with my partner but it's a great hotel for families too, 3 restaurants on site, entertainment for children too we could over hear at night. Food was great!!! So much choice at the buffet and good quality too, If you want to use this hotel for a clubbing style holiday it's in walking distance of Ushuia and Hii clubs and with it being all inclusive you are saving so much on the price of drinks out with. A fab hotel for us to fuel, rest, chill by the pool and go out at night.

The only complaint I have is in the room they have a single chair which I'm guessing may fold out into a bed but it's absolutely massive and becomes useless if not needed, takes up half the room and there was hardly any space in the standard room to manoeuvre around it, I was so frustrated I couldn't unpack my case on any space on the floor at all. Maybe there could be an option not to have it there.

Our first holiday with our 4 month old baby and we had a brilliant time. The resort is a short taxi ride from the airport and has easy access to the beach. The rooms were comfortable, and we were provided a cot for our baby. The food options were varied - we loved having lunch at Portofino by the beach at the sister resort and dinner at First Wine. Staff were generally friendly. The rooms were cleaned very well.

The ramp bridge to go to the other side is unnecessarily long and inconvenient with a pram in scorching sun. The food and service at the Mexican restaurant require improvement.

Food is very good - the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptional and caters for all tastes. Pool areas are great for families

An oversight on our behalf.... the hotel is basically at the end of main airport runway, which is no more than a distraction during the day, but is an issue early morning / late at night depending on which way your room faces. Even with the double glazed doors closed, the planes kept us awake on the first night and we had to change room. As is often the way with all-inclusives, the alcoholic drink options are cheap and headache-inducing... nice wines and beer available at very reasonable prices though.

Best location ever, cleanliness top

The quality of the food decreased immensely, during our stay 2 years ago the quality of the products were much higher, this time just 4 stars level food 😔

Staff all round were very fun and accommodating. Amazing facilities. Lots of options for all inclusive food and drinks, and quality was good. Room was as described and had good aircon. Facilities were clean and looked after. Good location and has easy beach access. Good value for money. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely go back.

Difficult to get a pool bed unless you get up early to hoard one. Lots of families for those who prefer no kids, pool was full. But for us it was no bother quiet enough environment. Difficult to get a la carte restaurant booking.

- Room was nice - Pool and bar area also nice - Buffet was very very good - Staff are nice people

- For the other restaurants you needed pre-booking which we were not told about before. We stayed for 2 nights so we didn't even get a chance to try those restaurants. -Lots of kids in the pool which is not the best thing you want to experience if you're travelling alone or with friends. - Beach had no sunbeds at all.

The food, very varied and very good, highly recommended. The sea view and the palm trees are a delight for the eyes, loved it. Comfy bed, drinks for free + all other amenities that you would expect from 5 star hotel. I would recommend this place, but value for the money only worth it if you account the food price.

I didn't expect that almost all other guests are families (with kids) or elder people, so definitely not the place for young party-people. Pool water was too cold to enjoy, probably not heated. Hotel is actually getting old, so pictures are a little bit misleading. The cleaning staff was very intrusive and always eager to clean the room as early as possible, I was always living with the fear that they are entering the room.

Really great staff, the food in all the areas was super good with a HUGE selection, for kids also! Cocktails were great considering the All Inclusive menus with a wide variety to choose from!

So close to the airport that I couldn’t communicate to my wife when a plane was taking off directly over the place! I knew it was close to the runway, but didn’t figure on that! No beach facilities! If you want a bed on the beach for example, you have to rent from a beach club, & that sets you back some serious cash! & last but not least: paid extra for a deluxe room with Beach view that was blocked 90% from trees & the back yard of a Beach Club!
