Everything! The apartment was excellent in terms of layout, style, condition. There was minimal noise from others. Food was wonderful. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for us...a short walk from the bustle of the strip so a little quieter, but still only 5 min from the beautiful beach.

There's no parking at the hotel. We had hired a car and found it very difficult to find a space when we got back of an evening and so ended up paying upwards of 30 euros to park overnight in the car park over the road and had to get up early to move it.

There was a miscommunication with the price for another person to stay for 1 night, but all was sorted easily. The staff is nice and the gym and swimming pool quite good.

I would just make small improvements, for example the kitchen was good enough to do some cooking therefore a kit with basics such as napkins, salt, pepper and olive oil should be made available. The chairs in the balcony and in the kitchen are uncomfortable, they should have pillows.

I feel the gym could use some improvement and have the broken machines fixed as there aren't many. Also, there was no water provided or offered. When coming back from the gym and passed on the breakfast to request my bottle to be filled, I was told there was no water, so I took a glass from the bottle provided on the breakfast but was getting nasty looks from the staff. In addition, the spa area is beautiful but you are not allowed to use the jacuzzi (Wasn't told why neither was I offered to add on, if that was the case).

Pretty much everything was great. We loved that there was a small kitchen in the room and a kettle. The breakfast selection was awesome. The staff was great. We liked that the staff were able to call us a taxi when we needed it. Everything was walking distance. Its close to the popular clubs and beach. We also liked that we could drop our bags off before check in cause we arrived at 11 am. And also after check out.

I dont think there was anything we didn't like.

The staff are very nice, accommodating, and always have a smile! We came here for my birthday celebration and we’re not disappointed. The staff went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible and make us feel welcomed. The facilities are great and massage was excellent and the private spa was a perfect day! Hanging by the pool is very inviting with lots of areas to suntan and play in the pool. The breakfast is very good and open until 1 PM.

The pool is only open from 10 until 6 PM and you can’t really sit around the pool when your area is closed. Having two twin beds instead of one was a bit of a pain when coming as a couple.

The staff went above and beyond and were extremely friendly. The cleanliness was fantastic and superb location. It was only a short 3 minute walk to the local shops and bars. We had a late flight and they allowed us to spend the day at the pool and even let us shower before we left for the airport. Would 100% return

Super friendly staff , beautiful hotel in a quiet area but around the corner to the shops, restaurants and the beach ! Private swim up pool apartment was fantastic, so clean , great beds and cleaned everyday ! This hotel exceeded my expectations- I didn’t want to leave !!!

Usually we stay 7 days, now it was only 5 😀...poco tiempo. Nothing bad to refer.

As I was only there to sleep, I can't give a full review. So let's focus on what I can review. the room on the third floor was towards the street, if you like to sleep in early, this is a disadvantage if you sleep in the living room. The 'apartment' was spacious enough and had everything we needed. The location is ideal as party location.

the Caesar salad was awful. But that's everything I can mention as we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

I liked the design and atmosphere of this hotel. It was a relaxed atmosphere which was needed in ibiza. The music by the pool was great and the facilities were good. The balcony is really cool facing each other. Staff were friendly.

The walls are really thin which doesn’t help. Nothing else.
