Did not disappoint, would stay here again. Very comfortable bed, slept like babies. Close to shops, bars, nightclubs. Receptionist, Ivan, was very friendly and helpful from the minute we checked in, top guy! Security good, card required to access communal areas of the hotel. The staff were also very attentive when serving drinks around the pool. The cleaning staff also did a great job cleaning our room every day. Aircon in the room worked well and wasn't too noisy.

Our only complaint would be the music in the courtyard/pool area, it starts too early, when there isn't really anyone down there, besides the handful of people who managed to get out of their beds to eat breakfast. Luckily the windows block out a lot of the sound, but it can still be heard. This is something I've never understood about Ibiza hotels. When people are going out to nightclubs all night, the hotel should be a sanctuary of calm, until the early evening maybe.

The staff is definitely the best aspect of the location. I want to thank to all the receptionists I met, they are all very friendly and helpful and so great to talk to. Special thanks to Ivan, who made our stay so much fun by helping us choose the car rental place and the boat party. He shared all the tips and tricks about the island and he also knows a lot about Ibiza which made us so happy we chose this destination.

Not necessarily something I disliked, but some opaque curtains would help people sleep better during the day. Also during breakfast there were times people waited a little bit for some foods to be ready.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, the suite was perfect for a small group of 4 or 5, with 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen and open plan kitchen. The room had everything you need - a big fridge, iron, plenty of towels, hairdryer and it was cleaned to a spotless finish each day. The pools and beds are really nice and also has a jacuzzi. There are lockers and showers with hairdryers and towels for your last day when youve checked out - luggage room too.

The only thing is that booking.com advertises it was adults only. We found that this was'nt true and they also allow residents access the facilities, including children, which ruined the chillness. Also, the DJ booth next to the pool would be ideal for some late afternoon chilled vibes, like in previous hotels. This could make a huge difference.

Clean property. Apartment size is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Very nice and helpful staff. Location is amazing for people who like to walk on the main streets nearby and chill on the beach also for those who want to go partying to nearby popular clubs.

Price is too high for this property which is not a global 5 star chain- but for Ibiza standards during the summer it might be justified. Drinking water is on the ground floor outside and is warm water. They can have this on every floor which will be more convenient and should be cold water too.

This is a very new, fresh and modern place. Everything is brand new, rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The small gym is great. Location is good, not directly at the beach, but a 5 minute walk will take you there. Lots of restaurants and stuff nearby. Yet very quiet in a backstreet. Everything is thoroughly cleaned daily.

The beds are very soft (as in cosy, not in old). I think many will like it, but if you prefer harder mattresses, it may be a bit soft

Nearly everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, pool area and rooms, nice staff, good location, no chavs.

The only thing that didn't make this a 10/10 stay were the heat of the pool and jacuzzi. We came in April so obviously the pool isn't going to be hot. But surely the jacuzzi should be heated? We didn't put more than a hand into the water our entire stay and the pool area was a big reason why we booked.

Had an excellent stay at the sun apartments. Staff was super kind (shout out Ivan), pool was nice, apartments clean and comfortable. There is a cheap grocery store near by, so was great to have a kitchen for a few meals. Could walk to Hi and easy to get taxi to other beaches and clubs. Lots of good restaurants nearby along the beach.

Most people were couples when we were there. Not exactly what we were looking for but all worked out!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the hotel was in a very good location. We arrived very early in the morning, way before the check-in time but we were completely taken care of. We were able to shower in the gym, chill at the sun-beds beside the pool and keep our luggage in the storage room. We were even offered a 20 minute massage while we waited for our room. I have never experienced such good treatment by a hotel before. I booked it because of the cleanliness of the rooms but the whole experience was amazing. Well done Sun Ibiza Apartments.

Lovely and clean and a good mix of all ages

the apartments were wonderful, like new. so clean, comfortable and spacious. the mattresses were dreamy. I normally struggle at hotels, but these were wonderful. super quiet area despite being amidst the main places. so we were not kept awake at all, nor was the apartments noisy. The staff were more than accommodating, so friendly and helpful. Really a great environment because of how welcome they make you feel.

nothing, though the pool could have been cleaner. but appreciate they were struggling due to the extreme heat.
