Position of our room. The fact that they gave us a free upgrade - thank you! Parking area good and quite secure. The appartment was well-appointed, and very comfortable, EXCEPT for the sofa-bed-cum-settee, which was unsupportive and very low to sit comfortably in. Lovely position with great views across the salinas from our room. Near to the promenade and beach. Good swimming pool - clean and guarded.

Could only get get into Reception on arrival by waiting for someone who had a door code for the main doors, as the reception was hidden away in the building a little! The one-way system of the local streets confused both us and our navigation system in the car, and we ended up driving in circles trying to find a way around the maze of narrow streets - all one-way only.

The location was perfect right on the beach, surrounding by lovely beach bars and restaurants that were open throughout the day and late into the evening. We were a group of 10, and all the staff at the hotel and in the places surrounding the hotel were friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. On the final day we visited the spa, again excellent service and value for money. I wish I had more days to visit the spa and all the other restaurants.

Amazing views over the Mar Menor. Lo pagan is absolutely beautiful with a great holiday vibe with beach bars, inflatable, play grounds and fair for kids and adults to enjoy. The mud baths are a must. We will definitely be returning to the area. The apartments themselves had everything that was needed for a great family holiday and the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly.

Very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and marketplaces. Sea water was very warm, and if you need anything its a 5min drive (shopping mall, supermarket, other beachs...)

Paking is impossible.

The view from the apartment was amazing. The apartment was just what we needed for the perfect holiday.

We could not use the pool which was a little disappointing

The location was great, as was very close to the beach and ameneties! The balcony view was excellent, and the facilities very good, and the staff very polite and helpful! Very good value for money and we will definitely return and recommend to friends and family!

Although the apartment was generally very clean, a little more attention could be paid to the thick dust on almost all of the skirting board tiles around the apartment! Also if possible secondry glazing to the window and patio doors would be useful in order to keep out nightime traffic which was very appaarent during the dead of night!

Apartment was clean and spacious but was sparse on shower gels etc, also the same on crockery Otherwise it was a good stay for a couple of days

The hotel is next to the beach. Everything in the room was comfortable and all equipment worked: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, extractor fan in the kitchen. There were towels, clothes dryer, all necessary utensils, including openers, knives and a coffee maker. Cleaning was 3 times a week. Everything was good.

The studio was without a balcony. The safe in the room diid't work, the reception said so throughout the hotel. You can not leave documents and money there when you go to the beach, we kept them in the friends' house.

Great location, very secure building, nice pool, well kept & clean, good facilities in the rooms.

A bit dark in reception area & no aircon in reception.
