The location is great — very quiet and clean, nice neighborhood, supermarket 5 mins away, bus stop for Las Teresitas 5 mins away, city center is 15-20 mins away on foot. All rooms have WiFi, and the password is shared at the reception desk, so it's great - strangely, on Booking, it was stated that WiFi is only available in the common areas which turned out to be not true/outdated. Tap water is not drinkable, but you can buy a bottle at the reception at an affordable price or later at a supermarket. The staff allows luggage to be kept at the reception after check-out.

Sleeping pillows are a bit hard and too high for the neck. There's no lift, only stairs but for me it wasn't an issue. The walls are thin so you'll hear your neighbors (even a mobile ringing); if you're a sensitive sleeper, I recommend grabbing a pair of earplugs.

The location was near the harbor with lots of choices of restaurants. Also, I was grateful for the parking that was available under the hotel so that we did not need to park on the street.

I disliked the lies that Booking both told us and didn't tell us. I did not understand why you would not tell us about not having elevators until after the reservation was made. However, with only one floor available for the hotel rooms, climbing one set of stairs was not a problem. Also, Booking said that WIFI was only available in the common area--that was not true. When I tried to message through Booking I was only given choices of two different hotels. This seemed deceitful to me. These actions have diminished my opinion of the Booking organization.

Nice hotel and pleasant rooms, just some improvements would be welcomed. Not far from the center, bus stops are close to the hotel. The reception manager demonstrated willingness to solve the issues.

I missed a safe deposit box, which did not function, although the description at the time of the reservation indicated that there is a safe available. Window insulation could be better, the street noise was quite disturbing at nights.

Very good for the price, nice and clean, convenient location, breakfast places right next door, supermarket handy next street, bus stops... perfect. There s a fridge an a smart TV can connect to your youtube through screen share, fab

Good room with a fridge and enough storage area for clothing etc. Bathroom very good and the shower was very decent too. Staff excellent at all times.

Nothing not to like really, I did suffer a bit for an hour or more from some noisy and drunken people next door to me at 04-00 a.m on the Sunday but weekends are weekends everywhere I suppose on that issue. Complained to staff who apologised for the problem. The hotel is a fair walk from the city centre so all fine if you like walking like I do, otherwise you'll need a taxi or bus.

Clean, spacious room, nice balcony with table and chairs. Nice location about 15 minutes walk outside of the city. Bars, cafeterias and supermarkets all within five minutes walking distance.

Even though there is a coffee machine and a snack machine downstairs it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Comfy beds and quiet during nights, little fridge, wardrobe for clothes, air conditioning and wi-fi in room, nice bathroom with shower and hot water. Everything clean. Nice balcony with chairs overlooking road at the front of the hotel. Nice housekeeping lady passed me some toiletries I asked for. Hotel is in fairly quiet and safe residential area, nice cafe with friendly service next door, in the same building. A few grocery shops close by. Lots of cars parked on the roads, so parking may be hit and miss, although we always managed to find a spot somewhere nearby. 20min enjoyable walk down the promenade to Plaza de Espana, also about 10min drive to Teresita beach.

On arrival, reception could not find our reservation. After 10-15 min wait and a phone call, receptionist managed to check us in and apologised. The light at the balcony ceiling doesn't have a switch. It turns on automatically in the evening and turns off about 22.00, so if you want to go to bed earlier, it may disturb you, unless you close the blinds.

Location is just right so you take a little walk to center by the ocean or with Rambla to the park.. also has it's own parking if you are with a car..

No lift but ask for the room on 1st floor
