Although Air Condition was indicated - they operate from May! It was boiling hot inside - even with open doors and all they could offer was a fan… For this kind of hotel category a big disappointment - I feel that should be mentioned and happy I only stayed 2 nights No plugs for the bathtub Some of the staff was a bit arrogant/ some very extremely warm & kind

Stayed there for a few nights. What a great location and all round wonderful hotel. We got beach towels everyday from the reception and they were so helpful with everything. On our checkout day our flight was late at night and there was no problem for us to store our luggage and then get to hangout at the pool all day. We had an amazing stay and I'd stay there again.

We didn't buy breakfast but took a look at the selection one morning and didn't think it would be worth the money - there are great places nearby that offer better coffee and food for less. We had breakfast every morning at the Federal Cafe. That I recommend.

The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. They arranged taxi's for us and helped us store our luggage and really went above and beyond on arranging last minute birthday dinner reservations for a friend. Honestly the best customer service i've experienced in a hotel.

We had two single beds pushed together which, when not used to can be a safety hazard during sleep, espescially after a few vinos! The rooms are slightly dated compared to the lobby and rooftop but everyone is functioning and immaculately clean, so really not a big deal.

Excellent breakfast. Whatever you would like to see for your breakfast, it's there. Warm or cold. Many choices and everything freshly made, delicious. They covered everything. If you would like to start with a glass of Freixenet - it's there. Our room (with sea view) was bright, clean, and very comfortable. Bed and bedding excellent. The tasteful remodel brings out the original mid-century charm. I was not impressed by the online photos, it looks much nicer in person. The foyer of the hotel is beautifully done and inviting. It even had books to read - in case you forgot your own one. Very welcoming vibe. Friendly staff, all very nice.

We used the hotel parking garage for one night. It's very pricey, but if you don't know town and just don't want any hassle it's kind of acceptable.

Great location near the beach, and uniformly nice staff. The breakfast buffet had a modest variety of choices compared to some high-end hotels, but the quality was very good. Quiet, considering that it's in such a high-traffic area.

The decor is rather basic and lacking in "personality" for a hotel in this price range. We didn't pay extra for a sea-view room, so our room looked out on a kind of air shaft, which was not very scenic. (However, this was a good choice for our first night since it muffled the sound of the "Pride" party nearby.)

The room had good air conditioning which made it comfortable to sleep in considering the heat in Sitges at the time. The location was perfect as it's steps away from the beach and a very short walk to the main areas of Sitges. While the view was not great the balcony was lovely. The staff in the hotel were generally lovely to deal with.

Our check-in was delayed by about 1 hour as the room was not ready at 3pm we could access it at 4pm. The water pressure for the shower was very poor and partly because of that you went from scalding yourself to freezing your skin off.

The location is quite good- We upgraded our room to a ocean view for a nominal fee and took the breakfast option (No regrets there). Parking was easy and super convenient. Staff was awesome. A big shoutout to Raisa, Xenia and Veronika- all who went above and beyond. We would stay there again.

We struggled a bit with the room being warm and couldn't keep the door to the sea open as the noise (mostly traffic) would have kept us awake. The first night we kept the fan on which actually made it warmer. It might be good to advise clients not to use the thermostat fan for cooling (this was in November) as it does not work the way you might think it will. Once we were advised of this, we were fine.

Excellent location, literally few steps away from beach. Very clean and good size room. Reception staff and breakfast staff very friendly and welcoming. They went beyond expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast very tasty with a good amount of different choices.

Two small things which I believe could be improved: Reception and lobby looked very modern and welcoming unfortunately corridors not that much . Lack of decor which could much the hotel lobby. Rooftop terrace is a great space with amazing view unfortunately again with not much going on. A bit more of those sun beds would be great and some decor. Maybe even a roof bar ( because definitely there is a space for it ) would be great.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the sea-front. It is only a 30 second walk to the beach! It is also only a few minutes walk to the centre of Sitges, which is a beautiful town with lots of interesting buildings and history. It also has a great choice of cafes and restaurants. We had a first floor room with balcony over-looking the sea which was great! The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and there was always someone on duty. The housekeeping staff also did a great job, cleaning the room and replacing towels and sheets as and when required. We ate breakfast at the hotel everyday. There was an excellent choice of both hot and cold food and the breakfast room was spacious and light. It was also possible to eat outside at the front of the hotel when the weather permitted. Again, the breakfast staff were very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Kalma Sitges Hotel!

The only downside was that the roof-top terrace pool was unavailable due to the time of year (late March) However, the roof-top terrace was open to view the sea-front from and use the loungers if we wanted to.

This cute hotel is perfectly placed on the lively seafront and it’s five minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. There’s a small rooftop terrace that is a great sun trap with great views, sun loungers and seating, around a small pool. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s a rarity in central Sitges, and it was big enough for a splash and a short swim , and my 9 year old and I were happy to cool off in- it was quite refreshingly cold! We had a seafront superior room. It was luscious with a small balcony, and we enjoyed eating and watching the lively action in the promenade and the seafront. There’s a fair bit of street noise- but we didn’t mind. Plus there was excellent double glazing on the French doors. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. By UK standards this is more of a 3 star hotel, and as such there isn’t a concierge or porter to help with luggage, or service on the rooftop terrace, but there’s a lift , bath robes, slippers, toiletries a clean room and a daily clean. FYI- There isn’t service up on the roof top, it’s simply an extension of the space with The bed was spacious and firm - a soft mattress topper might have added a little touch of luxury. The front terrace, the foyer and the roof terrace of the hotel are decorated in a contemporary fashion, but the rest of the hotel has a more old world hotel feel. Other reviews have said that the rooms are out dated- and it’s true that the shower fittings in the bathroom are probably due an upgrade, but I really liked the mid century rosewood furniture, and the cool tiled floors. We didn’t have the breakfast option, instead we preferred to get coffee and brunch in the many cafes nearby. We recommend Federal cafe for great lattes and eggs Benedict!

We really enjoyed our stay. We went in May and the hotel was pretty busy. As such a couple of extra sun loungers might have been helpful.
