Everything was great.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to us in detail and if we needed anything they were happy to help. The breakfasts offered variety and covered all needs and the Dinner we had was amazing and so good we ate their twice. They even brought me a little birthday cake too.

It was a shame about the Spa and that we had to pay for that on top of paying for the room too. Surely the cost of the room should cover the cost of the spa? Everything else was fairly priced .

Beautiful hotel and the spa is small but really nice. Room very nice. Dinner was fantastic and great value for money. Staff were all really good, particularly in the morning.

Staff were a bit manic on the afternoon that we arrived. Seemed like it was possibly just opening up for the season. No problem but I except it is better with more guests as if you wanted anything you had to ring to find a member of staff. Seemed rather short staffed. The staff there were were excellent.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to the Sil Canyon (which is spectacular - go to one of the viewing points nearby). What really set this hotel apart though was the welcome and the service provided by the team; especially the lady who welcomed us on arrival (whose English is near perfect) and our fantastic waitress. We loved being able to order drinks that would be delivered to any of the amazing seating areas we discovered in the hotel, the very nice dinner that included wine and the wonderful gardens.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The building and grounds are fantastic.

Perfect breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and the garden/pool as well.

Unfortunately in the bedrooms you can hear all type of noises coming out of other rooms. Loud tvs, babies crying ... It can be very dificult to rest and makes you feel that your rooms has no walls. Its a shame that a lovely hotel like this has this type of problem. Having a carpet on top of the floor seems to solve the Issue

The amazing and gorgeous gardens; the beautiful hotel; the professional, friendly; helpful members of staff at all levels, housekeeping; reception and restaurant. Beautiful breakfast display of fresh food both cold and hot and juices served at the restaurant.

Having to leave as we would have loved to stay a few more days.

A beautiful place to say. We felt extremely relaxed and looked after there. Incredible views 😍 stunning.

The hotel was fantastic. Perfectly situated for the miradors of canyons de Sil and many other scenic attractions. The food was excellent as was the service. All staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We cannot recommend the hotel highly enough and will definitely be back again soon

Fabulous size pool to laze away the day, plenty of cool water available at the pool. The staff were lovely particularly the restaurant staff. Overall a wonderful stay.

I would have liked a kettle in the room.
