The staff was super nice and helpful. We wanted to stay one extra night and the woman in the reception re-organized the already booked rooms so we could stay in the same room. There is a very nice terrace with jacuzzi, and a bar in the ground floor. Rooms are clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Located on one of the main streets in Tossa de Mar, the hotel offers a great vibe. It's just a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to all the main shopping streets. The staff was the best we've ever experienced, always helpful and accommodating. The freshly baked croissants and espresso at breakfast were amazing. If you're looking for value-for-money accommodation, this hotel is highly recommended. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels, but for the price, we found it excellent.

The walls between rooms are quite thin, so you might end up hearing conversations from adjacent rooms. The swimming pool is located in the basement, which makes it a bit dark and damp, so don't expect to enjoy a view while cooling off.

loved this little hotel ,all the staff are really friendly, the room was basic but we had great air conditioning and a small balcony , the rooftop is a great little place for chilling and the jacuzzi was so cooling especially in that heat all in all we had a great time and we would stay again !, it was a good price to .

The staff were very welcoming even late in the evening. The bedrooms were very comfortable and great to have a balcony and a lift as we were on the 3rd floor. Croissant and coffee for breakfast only 3 euros 60. Absolute bargain. Great location with an easy walk to the old town - will come again.

Maybe a kettle and cups in the room to make a cup of tea- a British thing , I know

Well, we are used to a 5 star or 4 normally, but we have a dog, and was difficult to find some where in tossa. That would accommodate us. So I was really concerned with a 1 star To tell you the honest truth, I couldn't give them a bad review, it's a old lady and her assistant that works so hard. They cannot do enough for you, so dispit the old decor and a reception bar from the 70s. They are lovely lovely people, the place needs a refurb, and bar needs modernising, but clean. The most welcoming hotel, clean rooms and fantastic staff. Paqui makes you feel so welcoming she was extremely helpful and friendly as well as the other staff and the owner. I will recommend this great hotel to anyone that wants a lovely break in the beautiful town of Tossa de Mar. Pool and jacuzzi on the roof top made it extra especial as well as the balcony in the room.

great location as literally a few minutes walk from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, the castle and the bus station. clean and good value for money plus owner and staff so friendly

only suggestion would be perhaps offer tea and coffee facilities for the room? could always get drinks and food from the restaurant downstairs but a cup of tea first thing in the morning without needing to get dressed and leave the room would be a luxury if possible in future - otherwise I didn’t dislike anything. this is a wonderful property

Great location just a few minutes from the bus station and a short walk from the beach . Tastefully furnished. Spotless. Good balcony to watch the world go buy. Owner made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again

Faultless from start to finish. Under rated hotel.. Great location. Close to bus station and bars and restaurant's. Was made welcome by owner and family. Used the roof top jacuzzi on a daily basis. Great way to cool down. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Will be back soon

Perfect location, in the city center, few minutes walking to the beach. the room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. The bar downstairs is conveniant and has better prices than elsewhere in the town. Very friendly and polite lady at the reception and the bar. We would go back to Hermes nex time.
