Location, exceptional cleanliness, size of the apartment. Quality of the furniture, bedding and linen.

The huge kitchen is ridiculously ill equipped to cater for 2 people, let alone the 8 it is advertised for. One kitchen knife, not even a chopping board (although one was provided when we asked), 2 small frying pans and only 3 kitchen utensils. The kettle is also tiny and only capable of one mug of hot water at a time. Appreciate there is a small Nespresso machine, but if you are tea drinkers it is inadequate. I appreciate Valencia is THE place to eat out, but I love to cook, especially with the ingredients available at the incredible market, so we went and bought our own utensils.

The staff was kind and helpful. The apartment itself was very big, with 2 bedrooms and a huge living room. The apartment also had all the facilities: laundry, kitchen, ironing board. The position was fine too, especially if you love walking! If you do not, there's still a metro station nearby. You can also leave your luggage with them and stroll without worries.

The cleanliness could have been a little bit better, we found some stains and dirt in the living room/rooms. The beds are french style, meaning it's a little smaller than the average king size bed. It is quite pricy for what it offers, especially considering the position is not completely central. The sorrounding area is not particularly great as it is near the station.

We were welcomed to HQ Rooms Apartments San Vicente with a warm smile and were made to feel very comfortable while we waited for our rooms to be ready. Our time of arrival and check-in was about 4 hour. The rooms met our expectation, clean light and airy, an excellent space for a large family. Great security Convenient location to all the local amenities, my mother is 81 and had no issues wit the short walk to the market or the metro. The staff shone at the end, because we had checked out that morning but left our passports in the apartment and it was after 6pm when we realized the issue. We dashed back to the apartment building and spoke to the lady on the out of hours emergency number (i wish I had written down her name, she is an angel). This lady went above and beyond and was able to get us access to the room so we could retrieve the documents and made our flight. It was a traumatic experience but the staff left us smiling. My children did not like that the Wi-Fi coverage did not reach the back of the apartment, it didn't reach actually reach as far as the kitchen. We would have liked there to have been a few more welcome items when we arrived, large family and there wasn't anything there, not even a cookie to give my granddaughter.

Location , staff , clean flat , big kitchen.

I think it’s possible to do a bit more for a welcoming feel ( salt , paper , oil , sugar , spices to be provided in the kitchen) as a family with small children would not want to go out much later in the evening and sometimes would like to prepare a quick meal. The flat is very modern but doesn’t say anything about València , is more like a business ,a couple of old photos with modern frames or simple sketches will add more authenticity and vibe than Ikea’s deco.

The apartment was very spacious for a family visit. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The kitchen had the basic items you need to cook, although not extras like oil, herbs etc. It was nice to have two bathrooms in a three bedroom apartment, and one of them an en suite. The check in personnel were friendly, prompt and helpful. There is a lift in the building. There were good bus connections nearby, as well as a market with food stalls and some nice restaurants (and particularly nice cafes nearby)

On one night that we stayed there was a lot of noise from another apartment that could be heard in one of the bedrooms, which was unfortunate. The next day the host tried to help us but we were not certain where the noise came from. This is just a bit of a warning that the rooms are not fully soundproof in this regard (even though we had windows shut). The kitchen in our apartment was quite far away from the table in the living room, not a big issue but just a quirky layout.

Very modern, big apartment. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment which had enormous closet space, good-sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, a nice-sized, modern kitchen and a very big dining and living room. The property is on a main street but the windows completely shut out the noise from outside. We were told this building is only 7 years old so it is very modern. It is also is a great location--not in the old town or near the beach but these are a bus ride away. The old town is walking distance (1.8kms).

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped and an excellent base for a city break. We chose a location near the station as were catching an early train after our stay but it was a very good location generally, within walkable distance of all the main areas and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The only criticism we had was that third bedroom adjoined the neighbouring flat and the sound of the water draining from hat we assume was their bathroom was very loud. The rest of the flat was well soundproofed so there was no noise from the street but this did disturb our daughter and woke her up several times.

Location was great, apartments were really spacious, and the staff member who greeted us at reception was really friendly and helpful. It was also very clean and tidy and felt very safe. Using the numbers on the door was great especially for a bigger group like ours.

The apartments were very loud especially at night you can hear everything from other apartments nearby. The views from the balcony/terrace also weren’t great but this didn’t matter too much to us.

The apartment was really big and clean, located a short walk from the main train station and metro. The old town is a 10 mins walk. Reception team very helpful and guided us to all the transport we needed for the sites we wanted to visit. It is down a quieter street better than staying in the old town and much nicer than being in a hotel room. Bedding all Clean, ample storage space.

There was a party one evening which kept us up until very late, nothing to do with the host but would have been nice if someone was able to come and shut the party down.

An apartment in a fantastic location, just steps away from the Cipro metro station. Excellent communication with the host, everything was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and with great attention to detail. The furniture is brand new, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

There is a light in the hallway that is only triggered by movement and it is a bit annoying at night when you try to sleep in the living room. Other then that , everything was perfect .
