Hotel is situated in central walking distance to Ruzafa and El Carmen both historic places with lots of bars and restaurants and nightlife. Central park situated across the road perfect for walking the dog. The room is spacious enough and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. gated parking for a fee. easy check in and checkout process. Special thanks to Jorge at reception for facilitating my late checkout which was incredible. Good breakfast and very clean hotel.. My room was on the 7th floor city view with a big window and great lighting. AC was working perfectly.

The location was convenient, close to friends and Parc Centrale. A reasonable walk to the centre and Turia gardens. The room was an excellent size and had a comfortable bed and selection of coffee/ teas. Good sized bathroom with nice toiletries.

One lift wasn't working for the duration of the stay, the remaining one was very busy at times and there was no indication which floor the lift was on, meaning it became frustrating at times. I think it would be worth chasing the contractor to repair the non working lift, or get a new contractor. The hotel is situated on a busy junction, which our room overlooked. The window appears to be single glazed, I think some additional sound proofing would be an idea

Excellent location, we were in Valencia for week building up to Fallas Festival, great atmosphere and weather was good also. Hotel was in great location for our needs, Taxi Rank outside, Bus service 100 metres away. Rooms was excellent, very clean ,great view and well appointed. We did not use Gym or Hotel Restaurant, we did use services of Garbi Cafe several times, its very convenient for a snack/ drink etc, staff are attentive and always trying to please etc, Alejandro was excellent and looked after us very well. Availed of late checkout also at 4pm for €19 more which suited us as our flight was not until 7pm

Beds we pretty comfortable - a little hard for my preference. Typical Hotel Shower over bath - I prefer a walk in Shower as I am 6'3'' so its always a little awkward. My main suggestion would be to upgrade the Towels, they were clean but hard and could be upgraded for comfort. Otherwise Rooms were excellent and very well appointed. All employees we met up-house were very friendly and always cleaning etc. WiFi in rooms a little slow also but no big deal for us.

The location was perfect to explore the whole of València; the Old Town was only a 20 minute walk, the same for the Metro and the train station and the Science and Arts complex was only an easy 40 minute walk. The facilities were clean and comfortable - everything needed for a trip where you spend little time in the hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful; on our last day we were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checkout (no extra cost).

During our stay, there was some work happening at the park outside so there was some noise after 8am in the morning - but this didn’t massively impact quality of sleep.

Well appointed rooms and comfortable bed, liked the availability of tea and coffee in the rooms. Very powerful shower and nice deep bath. Breakfast was exceptionally good, machine for freshly squeezed orange juice plus other good quality juices. Lots of choice for breakfast plus the option to order eggs of your choice. Coffee was excellent and large mugs were available

Would have loved a swimming pool but you can't have everything.

Lovely room nice amenities good quality products, bathrobes, slippers, everything you needed in the suite. Really appreciated the bubbles and fruit for hubby's birthday. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Good parking and the upgrade included free parking. The breakfast was in abundance and good quality even bubbles if you wanted. Really enjoyed our stay and the staff were super helpful.

The towels could have been a little better and it would be nice to have a walk in shower in the suites rather than over the bath. Our lounge area was very uninviting, no window and just a sofa and fridge and tv.

The gym needs a lot of attention. A lot of the equipment is broken. Towels and water should be provided. There are barely any weights as depicted in the photo. The food at the restaurant - we had a salad and the chicken was not good. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through and the 'salad' was just iceberg lettuce with some pieces of tomato/salmon and drowning in mayo.

Very centrally located, near to many eateries & shops. Furniture and interiors very recently done/renewed & looks well.

The staff. A bit problematic maybe, things werent there at the minibar on our arrival as per their list. We informed the reception- but to our suprise they still didnt restore all the missing items after housekeeping acknowledged the missing ones.

Location is excellent for longer walks to the old town and the city of arts and sciences. There is also a lovely park just a couple of minutes away! I really enjoyed the breakfast - a wide range of options, including fresh fruit and eggs made on order. The room was spacial and had everything I needed, including a comfortable work station.

The reservation was fussy because the link for online booking did not work and in the end I had to make a bank transfer. This process included some unpleasant e-mails/ reminders on booking.com from the hotel about how my reservation will be cancelled if I do not make the payment, although the link did not work and it was the hotel's responsibility to fix it.

Everything was great, the room was specious, comfortable beds, we loved the food at the snack bar and the staff was very helpful. The location was also perfect for us, allowing us to walk around Valencia and see what we wanted to, instead of using public transport, although that's an easy option too.

The road traffic was heard in the room, and I can see how it could bother someone, but we slept really well and loved the view from our room.
