Beautiful building in a magical location, en route to Andalucia. Lovely professional staff. Didn't use pool as not yet available. Everything was superb, except dinner.

We had opted for half-board. Breakfast was acceptable and varied. Regrettably, dinner a bit of a disaster, with relatively poor service by an overworked but pleasant young man. The reason for the extremely cheap cost soon became obvious. The included dinner was quite simply amateurish. It would appear to be that paying more for the set dinner would be the better choice.

This is a gorgeous old Quinta-turned-hotel, and the illuminated castle across the way is gorgeous at night.

There were a ton of people at breakfast and having only one complicated coffee machine made for a HUGE line in the breakfast room. They would be smart to have a carafe of plain coffee available or get another machine or two. It took forever to get a cup of coffee as everyone had to figure out how the machine worked. I asked the barman to get me a cup of how water for my tea from the coffee machine behind the bar, but that was “not possible.” It made breakfast kind of a bummer.

Stunning property in a lovely location. Masses of parking. Delightful staff. As half board guests we had dinner each evening- very good. Let down only by breakfast - broken drinks machine and cereals in containers with no lids. Not hygienic. Also the room safe wasn’t fastened down so in theory could just be taken away !!! Good value - would stay again

Very nice place and staff. Great pool and huge parking. N-430 (Extremadura-Castilla La Mancha) in front, so very comfortable for travelling.

Our room was not so clean, especially floor, furniture and beds. So many mosquitos with no protection at all: they were everywhere, in the room, bathroom and even at the restaurant, very annoying.

Everything was great. Good quiet room. Nice bar snacks. Good breakfast.

The room was quite warm which was a concern having our dog with us. We couldn't turn the a/c down but this wasn't a problem as we opened the window which prevented the a/c from working. Security was not an issue as there was a substantial grille on the window.

Receptionist Laura was excellent and very helpful. Building is beautiful but is starting to need some TLC. Breakfast was very good.

Out of season so restaurant was closed but cafeteria had combined restaurant/cafeteria menu, although the menu was overall disappointing. The restaurant staff could have been more attentive. They did not have ANY SPANISH BRANDY.

There were a lot of mosquitos in the room. I killed about 15 before I finally went to bed. This was a shame as everything else was so lovely. Would it put me off going there again? No, but I would bring some sort of spray

Lovely staff, nice bar and restaurant. Evening meal of high standard with superb presentation. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room to a high standard. Hotel is out of town but everything you need is onsite. Sensible prices.

Eco on the open court corridor. We can hear every guest slamming doors,specially a whole bus of young sports team,chanting out loud at late hours.

It was very well kept, clean with friendly staff. Restaurant was also very good. Location was perfect for travelling across Spain.
