I enjoyed my stay here even though it was just for one night. I was travelling by motorcycle and the underground parking (accessed from the rear of the hotel was perfect and super secure). The staff at reception were really helpful and the hotel felt generally peaceful. It was wasy to find and is pretty well located far enough away from traffic etc to be quiet but close enough to walk to the old historic area (in just 10/15 minutes or so) It was a good stay and I'd be happy to stay here again if travelling in this area. Breakfast was reasonable enough as well

Beautiful hotel, in an old restored convent. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and an amazing lobby where once was the cloister of the convent. Very close to the main square, easy to reach the center by foot.

No parking nearby. It's a free parking area in the streets around the hotel, but no parking available. The paid parking of the hotel was very difficult to use if you have a larger car. It made us sweat to get the car in and out of the parking.

Beautiful building. Nice breakfast. Room a little hot. Breakfast only starts at 8 (late for us) and they would not allow us to make a cheese sandwich from the breakfast buffet to take away (the packed breakfast alternative was not good). Staff generally very good but one grumpy member of staff at breakfast.

This hotel was easy to find and the directions to the parking garage were easy to follow. Secure parking at the hotel for our motorbike and you walk directly into the back of the hotel from the garage. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly the restaurant was closed so we had to find somewhere in the main town area to eat. It’s only a few minutes walk to the Plaza and restaurants where you will find the cathedral and the path up to the castle. There is a supermarket just around the corner from the hotel which was handy. The hotel has so much character about it. It was great to see the old photos of the hotel before the renovations were done. Our room was very cool which was welcoming in the heat at the time. The air con in the room worked great. Everything was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. I guess most of the rooms only have small windows but you could just see the swimming pool from our room. We didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms or outside of our room. I like everything about this hotel and the location. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. There was a coach party staying but they had their breakfast in a different room from us. We would stay here again for sure.

Nothing to dislike. It would have been nice to eat in their own restaurant though but it was closed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Beautiful cloistered area to come back to have a drink in (after an arduous day of sightseeing). Great location, 10 minute walk to main square.

The car park was not for the faint hearted but better than nothing!

The hotel more than matched our expectations, it is an old convent restored as a hotel with many interesting features, our room was spacious, very clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with an excellent choice of both continental and cooked options. Location is very good within an easy walk of the historic centre.

There is not very much to dislike about this hotel, our only disappointment was the dinner we had in the Restaurant which was cold and uninspiring.

The room was excellent but no USB sockets to plug stuff into. Sorry - I know that is very shallow of me.

The restaurant was supposed to open at 20:30. I waited until 20:45 and no sign of life. Went across the road to eat in another hotel - it was a disaster.

We really liked this hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. Nice size pool with plenty of sun lounges. Location was good, it was an easy walk to Plaza Mayor with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as accessing the towns main attractions. We had a car and managed to find street parking just opposite, they do have a loading zone at the front if you want to drop off your bags and then drive and find parking (if nothing in the street near the hotel, try the streets near Leclerc Supermarket)

Good sized room, beautiful central quadrangle and a fantastic job on the ruin the place used to be. Historic elements included a piece of mediaval fresco in our room. Unusually quie for S0pain!e PLEASE NOTE. You don't need to buy the parking place, because there is either parking on the square outside (unless you've brough a very large vehicle,) or a little bit down the road away from the old town. If you don't mind a 3-5 minute walk you can save 15 eurous a day! Pack light - save loads....

No evening meals, breakfast seemed pricey, but there are plenty of good places nearby. Swimming pool barely had room to drown a mouse. Three strokes and your reach the other end. It's not normally open until July, which seems a wasted opportunity for those used to cold water dips.

We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast but the rooms were clean and of a good standard. The hotel is within an easy walk of the centre of the town which meant we could walk and visit all the sights.

My only gripe was location map. It clearly shows the hotel in a different location to where it actually is so we had to stop and ask directions. Not a great problem but easily rectified by the owners. It would also be good if at the same time the entrance to the hotel parking was identified on Booking.com.
