The check-in was easy and quick. We were traveling with two ESA dogs and were not expecting an easy check-in. We arrived well before the 3:00 check-in time, and the desk clerk was able to put in a room. The room was clean and did not have any off-putting odors lingering. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was sufficiently stocked with towels. The Continental breakfast was great on both mornings.

There were a few minor things we noticed. We were in room 307 and noticed that the main overhead light fixture was missing. I'm thinking that the facility is still undergoing some updates, and that had not been addressed yet as the auction box and exposed wires were all that we saw. The refrigerator was not plugged in. The bathroom ceiling is a drop ceiling, and the moisture in the bathroom has not been kind to the metal of the grid work for the ceiling tiles. Could use a wire brush to knock of rust, a coat or two of Rustoleum , and a new coat of paint. The carpet was a little sticky, too. During our first morning down at the Continental breakfast, my son and his girlfriend found an apple that had spoiled and shriveled up...it was still in the fruit bowl.

The front desk staff was amazing!

The room was tattered at best. The sheer curtains literally looked like a cat had climbed and sliced them to shreds. There was a lumpy putty job on the top, right corner of the ac unit that seemed to be moldy. The toilet ran constantly and leaked in the floor. The toilet seat was not properly attached to the bowl. One occupant slipped in the collection of water and broke the toilet tank. Thankfully no injuries to anything but the toilet. I reserved a king and was put in a double but that’s not a big deal to me personally.

Location was great for where we were traveling for the stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of choices on the breakfast bar.

The only thing I didn't really like was the shower it had a shower head that didn't work and then the sprayer that wasn't very tight to stay in place.

Young lady who checked me in was very helpful and focused on doing so. I noticed that. Room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of items.

I made the reservation online the morning of me arriving. I drive a box truck type vehicle and wasn’t aware of the large vehicle parking restriction until my arrival. The young lady who checked me in assured me where I parked was fine as long as I wasn’t blocking anything.

We were on our way from Northern Indiana to Gulf Shores and needed an overnight stay. It was convenient and affordable. They also had a handicapped room for us which was nice.

The breakfast bar. But it got the job done for us!

The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly.

No hot hot water one morning. Air conditioner marginal. No hair dryer in bathroom and fan with light on same switch. Very annoying.

The location was very close to my Son's home.

The toilet was hard to flush. There was a door off the hinges from the closet leaning against a wall. The bathroom door would stick at a certain area when opening it.

It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good

Our shower didn’t work. We didn’t ask to change rooms because we were too lazy. Lol I’m sure they would have moved us if asked as the staff was great.

The check in staff on 6/25/22 was FABULOUS!!!! I requested a roll away bed- the property does not have any… so the front desk UPGRADED US TO A SUITE FOR THE SAME COST!!! Breakfast was basic but okay. I wish they had better eggs, and sausage and ketchup. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Morning staff on 6/26 was RUDE!!! Completely different than the lady the night before. I asked a question and the guy walked away from me and then mumbled “yeah I don’t think so”. Both him and the female staff working looked like they just rolled out of bed- had sweatshirts on that I personally wouldn’t want my staff wearing while they were working. Pool could use some updating BUT my kids still very much enjoyed it.

Yes I arrive late and my room was paid in full the young lady at the front desk was so respectful with great customer service, and a smile she was so great she said if you need anything we are here! it’s food places down the road and I loved it
