The location was central to all attractions we visited. Staff was friendly. Rooms were dated but cozy. We found some very good, close by hotel, eating establishments. We didn't plan it, but food ratings in our case were a pleasant surprise, enough to mention it.

A/C worked but was located at the rear of our room, making room a bit warm until sundown. Bed was a little harder than we like. Bedside wall Lamp worked but was very loose. That being said - cost, location, parking off street and staff - you'd be lucky to find another hotel this decent for the price.

The staff was so helpful, and polite to us. The parking space was outstanding, we don’t have any problem looking for space, literally plenty of parking space. I noticed three cameras inside the property, good for any petty crime. They have microwave and fridge, and excellent hot and cold running water. The bed was so huge since it is King size. The Air Conditioning/Heater was definitely outstanding. 100% recommendation to future friends visiting Los Angeles.

Just a suggestion, the yellow/orange light in the room itself should be replace with white light, it’s kinda dark if it is yellow/orange light.

The bathroom sink was a very slow drain. The shower water never got hot. It was lukewarm at best. It can very a nightmare trying to pull out of that parking lot. Only one lane from people entering and exiting. I got cold at night even with the heat going. Blankets were thin.

Long overdue review: I stay here every time I'm in Los Angeles. The rooms are clean, the staff is always helpful. The location is very central for what I need and the area tends to be quiet, in the evening. *There have been small situations with noise from other rooms but the staff is quick to deal with it. I really appreciate responsive hosts.

I liked the location overall very central LA as well as the room. The room was big lots of space, clean, and was well stocked.

Only thing I didn’t like was having to checkout at 11am and then check back in at 2pm if I extended online with the same type of room, otherwise it was great.

I was a little wary from the name "motor inn" but it was a super convenient, charming little hotel. Friendly staff. Free parking lot.

Wifi was iffy. I got it to work at night but then stopped working in the morning. Slight smell of cigarettes in the room.

Clean room. Friendly Staff. Free parking. Parking feels safe. Also feels safe walking around the neighborhood. Close to Korean town, many dining options.

The air conditioner is closer to the fridge, microwave, sink, bathroom sides. It’s not in the same space as the bed is in. Therefore, it seems that the ac doesn’t work as effective as it should be. The air in the room (the bed side) feels a bit warmer and not moving.

Good location. Parking availability. Nice big room with microwave, hair dryer, iron board and all required for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable. Nice and helpful staff at the reception 24/7

Not fault of the facility but some guest were noisy and that was not beneficial for a perfect stay.

Since I was coming back and forth to LA on family matters I needed a place that was close, had free and abundant parking, was relatively inexpensive, and had clean rooms. This fits the bill. The deciding factor was the reviews on how nice the front desk was in the reviews. And they are certainly right.

Our stay was nice. They have an excellent coffee machine in the reception room.

We liked everything except the wifi, which was slow and unstable. We couldn't connect to the internet in the first day. However, this is an issue that can be easily solved
