The excellent customer service and hospitality from the entire staff.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. This is something universal around the USA. I recommend green cleaning products. The sinks, toilets, and shower, and floor need deep cleaning. I dont think this is not a reflection on the cleaners, I notice it's almost every hotel we stay at. The cleaning staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. It can be mid grade or top of the line it doesn't matter the cleaning level is the same.

Free transfer from/to the airport, nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, mobile app for the room. They kept my luggage after check-out when I enjoyed the city before the next flight

Small variety of food, and when you have buffet you can't take drinks by yourself, have to ask someone. The phone number on booking didn't work to book the transfer, and another one I got from google business worked for me.

The room was well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and there was a keurig coffee maker for morning. We ate a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant as well as a buffet breakfast in the am. The shuttle to the Denver airport was right on time and got us where we needed to go without a glitch.

After a 5 day raft trip, we were looking forward to using the pool and gym but it was all closed for renovation. I think this should be noted when making a reservation to avoid disappointment.

The location is wonderful, very safe. Property has restaurant inside. If you want something different, there are other restaurants right across the parking lot. Very clean property, quiet and very safe location to walk around. We had our 2 mini dachshund, and there were plenty of green areas to walk with them. Loved the free parking. Close to highway access.

Clean room. Hotel is closely located to restaurants and has an airport shuttle.

Breakfast was $10 and not much better than the free breakfasts offered at lesser hotels. After eating I overhear the server telling another patron that pancakes and waffles were also available. The bed is firm. I don't sleep well on most mattresses without back pain and unfortunately, this bed was not an exception.

Shuttle driver who picked us up on return was very friendly and prompt. Free parking and proximity to airport.

I chose this place for the location near airport AND free shuttle. When we checked in the shuttle for our departure time was full. We had to take an Uber to airport for $45

Close to the airport and at a reasonable price. It is a transit airport and as such fits the bill for an overnight stop over.

There was some confusion over the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Ensure that the hotel has your details and call as soon as you can. The shuttle is by arrangement only and does not go the aiport to see if there any guests. Breakfast was a little expensive for what was offered.

Nice location not too close to the airport, yet also not too far away. We waited about 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport (not too bad), and the driver was nice. Very clean room. We asked for a quiet area and were happy with our room. Keurig coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was nice, with an ample buffet. They would also cook you an omelette, if you wanted. I also saw pancakes listed. This was in addition to the normal eggs, bacon, cereals, fruits, yogurt, muffins, etc.

Very minor, but we would like to have had one extra washcloth.

Can be improved especially toilets and corridors. 7. Buy one get one free - drinks.

Alex Stone at the front desk is a superstar! We’d had a long travel day which ended with a cancelled flight and Alex bent over backwards to offer us comfort and cheer!
