nice location

the pool was ice cold and that night I got up about 3 am. I killed about 8 baby roaches. dealbreaker.

Mrs. Max and TeeTee (The lady working the breakfast area) were genuinely some of the sweetest and most welcoming people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting when staying at a hotel. They go above and beyond to make it feel like Home when staying there and I can’t commend them enough for their hospitality.

Breakfast and easy access to restaurants and stores

The only issue we had was when my older daughter decided to sleep on the sofa bed it was not clean.

The staff at the desk was very helpful. I enjoyed talking to him

The pool wasn't open and that was one of the reasons I choose that hotel. They could have gave me a different price because of that but they didn't.

The young lady on the night shift, I apologize I don't remember her name (sorry), but she wears glasses. She was very courteous and kind. She exemplified exactly what great customer service is and means. Thank you, Queen, ❤️🖤💚.

Absolutely nothing.

Great location, nice property, simple and easy stay.

Only issue we had was the ice machine didn't work on our floor, went to the next floor, no ice, had to go to top floor to get some ice

We bypassed breakfast. The location was good.

The front desk clerk wasn't knowledgeable of her job. Maybe she was new.. My credit card was charged twice for incidental holds. Hopefully they both wil be refunded soon.

The breakfast was good. The location was great. Service was great.

The room was not practical for 6 for a long stay.

Staff was so nice! Made us feel welcomed and met our needs almost on the spot.

bed sheet on the pull out couch was dirty. Called the front desk for new sheets. She was knocking at our door room in less then 5 minutes with sheets out of a new pack!

Do not have anything negative to say. This was an excellent stay. The staff are great. The location is good. The rooms are spotless. My pup was very happy because it was not noisy and she was treated like a guest.
