Although they were renovating I appreciate the fact that they are keeping the place updated!

The staff Rea!!! at the front desk was amazing unfortunately we needed our room 3 hours before scheduled check in so we could get ready for a wedding that my wife and I were the Dj… Rea, went above and beyond to see to that happening luckily nobody needed the room the night before so she called and said your welcome to check in at 11 we were so happy that she even up graded our room to be more suitable for our situation. The following day a different lady was at the front desk also very kind.

I didn't like that when I got there, they let me know that I had to put a 200 deposit down which I didn't know anything about. Booking.com should let you know that they require a credit card or cash deposit down once you are there. I didn't know when booking so I when I got there and they let us know, I had to scrounge around the money between cash & card just to do the deposit and be able to stay there, we were traveling with 3 little kids who were tired and just wanted to relax. I also didn't like that I couldn't use 2 seperate cards to do the deposit, it was cash, card or cash/card only.

Pleasant staff. SUPER CLEAN, every thing my eyes came across was very clean. They had an ice and water machine that I filled my cooler up with for our baseball tournament. Breakfast bar had so many options from fresh fruit to cereal. Coffee bar was my personal favorite!

There is no hot tub here as pictured and advertised. To make it worse I called the 1-800 number to ask if it was working before I booked and was told yes. The pool needs an upgrade but tbh when you take care of your property as well as they did it wasn’t an issue. Still clean and usable

Breakfast was set up and ready to go every morning by 6AM. It was good and they even had bagged breakfasts set up that we were able to grab on the go. The breakfast area was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was good, but it would be nice if they had different choices each day. When we stayed, they had scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage gravy each morning. It was good, it just would be nice if they mixed the hot choices up each morning. But that is the ONLY thing I could suggest, it's minor, because everything else at this location was GREAT!

Nice location to our conference. Easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Staff helped out when key didn’t work to room

A little noisy with construction being done. Floors had been washed when we came in about 9pm so were a little slippery, and with people walking on them, they looked even dirtier. Didn’t know we had to ask for clean towels the next day, so we had to get new towels late at night,

The hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub area was clean . Most of the staff were friendly. The location was close to places to eat and shop.

The third shift staff did not keep the noise level down. There were about 3 rooms around us that were being very loud until about 3:30am. They were playing loud music, talking and laughing loud, children running up and down the hallway banging on doors. Nothing was done about it. But as I was getting ready for the day at 8:30 am, I was playing music in my room from a small Bluetooth speaker, and I got a call from the front desk telling me to turn my music down as they could here it in the lobby. I severely doubt that since we were a distance from the lobby. I was not happy since it was during daytime hours and my boyfriend did not get any sleep the night before because of all the noise.

The property had adequate parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very roomy so the kids didn’t feel cramped. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths without having to ask for additional ones. The breakfast was very good and filling. The pool area was clean and the restroom was in the area so no risk of falling to walk to rest room. I love the kitchenette area and nice size closet. I love the handle in the shower to prevent a slip and fall.

Didn’t have the shampoo conditioner and bod wash mounted in shower. The little amenities bottles went fast. A little mold in shower around the handle.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was super good, with a great selection. Chocolate waffles? Heck’s yes! There wasn’t many people using the pool so literally had it to ourselves every time we went swimming and that was cool. The beds are amazing! The fridge kept my beverages and other snacks ICE cold. It was a really nice stay!

Bed was hard to get into. It was about 3 inches too high off the floor. Usually there is a spray to place on the waffle maker to reduce waffles sticking to the maker, but none was available.

Bed was comfortable pillows were okay. Room was clean, bathroom as well.

Did not like the towels, thin and not soft. Had to ask for clean towels on second night. I do not reuse a bath towel at home and would not do this staying in a motel. Paying $466.71 for a room in Jackson for 4 nights seemed high, but had stayed there before, so I knew it was clean, just expected better towels and service for a longer stay.
