Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice. Location was decent- no other restaurants really around, but the highway was close and the next exit (either way) had places to eat.

Did not have a hot tub like Booking.com said. But they explained to us it is not listed on their website, but third party sites like Booking.com refuse to remove them on theirs. So a little disappointed in that, mostly in Booking.com for not being honest about it. Also, there was no elevator. So just be aware.

All around was good.

That originally reserved room/with hot tub, they canceled that hot tub broke down,,,very disappointed in that. Couldn't make coffee in room. This is not a complaint but would be nice if breakfast didn't end at 9:00am for travelers that have traveled very far and need the extra sleep. I very much enjoyed my stay great rooms definitely will recommend and stay again. Great guy at Service Desk very accommodating and apologized several times about hot tub not working. Totally enjoyed my stay and I'll be back!!! Thank You to Guy at Service Desk and Staff!!

The breakfast was terrific and the 2 girls I met that work the breakfast area were exceptional. The breakfast area is kept spotless and well stocked. The cleaning staff were consistently helpful and courteous each day, supplying us with towels and coffee, etc. whenever we asked for them. The staff in general were welcoming and friendly.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. The staff member setting the breakfast up was wonderful. She interacted with the customers and was very pleasant. Area very quiet and not much around the hotel.

The breakfast was fair. Sausage gravy very poor and the eggs were not good. Waffles were good.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful! The Jacuzzi was phenomenal!! It was so large! We were sooo pleased. The breakfast was absolutely excellent!! Loved the gravy and eggs. Well done staff. Thank you Ashley! You were excellent!

Smell of people smoking weed ! Can we stop this in any way ?

Awesome staff, and great breakfast!! Everything was generally top notch.

We thought we got queens. But they were full XL?!? Not a major difference, but noticeable for a family of 10 trying to make appropriate arrangements. We got a 3rd room because the rates were so great!

Newly renovated Nice warm breakfast... scrambled eggs & sausage one day, omelette & bacon the next Close to border, shopping & restaurants.

A little hard to find. Told to turn at traffic lights to get to alley to the motel which were no longer there.

Hotel was easy to find and the check-in process was quick. Our room was clean, along with the bathroom. Pool was nice and warm. Nice hotel for the price you pay.

I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it looked like it was permanently closed. Also the heater in our room was turned off, so it was quite chilly. I also feel the breakfast selection could have been better, no bread for toast of even yogurts.

I can say i am a regular guest and you can tell Owners and Staff take pride in this property and the way they serve there guests

NO COMPLAINTS from some one that stays a hotels often and often write negative reviews mainly for the lack of owners and staff that dont care this is not the case

We loved the room! It was so big and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely get the king suite again!!! Can't wait for our next stay! Everything was clean and up to standards!!! We will be back!
