The bed and sheets were very comfortable. Can u tell me where I can buy the cover and the pillows from? I'd love to have them in my house. Also the towels were soft. Had hot water all the time. Whenever I wanted to shower the waterflow and temp was excellent. I even hung my 500 points per night label on my door and I stayed from Sunday to Sunday and didn't need room service at all. I loved everything. MARY was so kind to me when I forgot my keys card inside the room. Her welcoming when I can in tired after 11 hours drive Non stop was amazing.

Breakfast can be better.

When I entered my room, I checked for visible cleanliness: looked under the bed, chairs, desk, in the corners of the room, the bathroom and in the waste baskets. The one waste basket, located under the desk, had a beer can that was left in it, assuming it was from the previous guest(s). So that made me question the cleanliness of my room. I wiped down the counters/surfaces with the sanitizing wipes that I brought with me before I touched anything. It most likely was an oversight but it was a concern. I didn't say anything until after I checked out because I didn't want any issues. Also, if I didn't keep the room super cold (running the A/C), it would get super humid/sticky. For the price I paid per night, I would have liked to have paid a less expensive rate.

The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and efficient even when I made a mistake in my booking. The room was comfortable, although simple. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and non-feather pillows. Room did not have any funky smells! Lastly, the location was perfect for my needs- close to plenty of conveniences.

The floor was a bit creaky.

Everything was clean and walking into the room, even smelled clean. I am not sure what it was or where it was coming from but it definitely smells fresh and fruity. Everything from the bathroom fixtures and bedroom furnishings have been newly updated with a modern flare. Breakfast was great with cheese omelettes and sausages with an array of other foods to choose from! All staff we encountered from the front desk, to the breakfast attendant were very friendly and courteous.

We were gone from the time we checked in until late in the evening, however, tv channel choices are very slim, unless you went there to do some home shopping because more than half of the channels were shopping channels. Very small tv package for such a luxurious hotel.

This is a great location. I travel to the area a few times a year. This was my first time at this hotel. Much better than the comfort inn next door, which was terrible. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. Close to stores and restaurants.

I was satisfied with everything.

Coffee pots in the lobby were always full. Area felt secure.

Breakfast wasn't open early enough for us to receive. We travel for tournaments, this one fishing and we had to leave at 6am. Many exterior outlets on back of hotel weren't working where boats need to plug in.

My family was all at the same hotel for my son’s wedding. Everyone was very accommodating, polite and all around awesome. The breakfast was also amazing. Price was a great fit. All around perfect location and stay. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Would recommend for sure!

It was very close to the function that we were there to attend. There was a good variety offered for breakfast

Unfortunately, my confirmation with Booking.com could not be found, but they gave me the room at the same price and were trying to cancel the original booking with Booking.com

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and good. Pool was clean and a great water temperature. I well stay here agine.

There was nothing about my stay that I didn't like.

The only downside to the experience is that not all staff was trained on their new computer system. This made it difficult to purchase anything with a credit or debit card. Other than that, the place is beautiful and very clean.
