RECENT NEW MANAGEMENT. BREAKFAST FEATURED EGGS AND BACON AND CARB CHOICES. ROOM WAS CLEAN. GUESTS WERE QUIET. CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR RESTAURANTS SHOPPING AND MAJOR ROAD ACCESS.

Breakfast was understaffed, but it was a weekend stay.

The hotel was comfortable and clean.

There was this Serbian or Croatian Eastern European family in the lobby when I was using the computer who were obnoxiously loud. Their two kids were out of control. The little girl took off her shirt and the Hit me with it. Later the boy destroyed the Lemonade glass container spilling all the lemonade on the floor. The parents just kept babbling loudly in their foreign language. I’d never seen such a display of boorish obnoxiousness in my life. They were a trip. It was one of those rare scenes where you thought you were on Candid Camera or that Rod Serling was going to appear from around the corner in “The Twilight Zone.”

We enjoyed our visit, i want to mention we had the opportunity of meeting the cleaning lady (Lefty) .She was exceptionally kind always smiling and making sure people didn't need anything. She was always going going the extra mile to help make the guests had what they needed. Felt need to mention her smile and kindness, plus the over the top professionalism. Not something we see in hotel service much any more. Thank you Lefty for get service during our visit. Truly appreciated!!

I would stay here again! I slept like a baby! I haven't had a good comfortable sleep like that in a long time! Great pillows! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The other staff members were friendly as well. The only thing I have to say is they told us breakfast went until 10 but it closes at 9. I was a little upset we missed breakfast. Great location with stores and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Black Rock for dinner! We stayed here to attend a concert at meadowbrook amphitheater.

I didn't like that we didn't have towels in our room and missed breakfast. We had to call down to get towels and then when I asked if we could get towels the front desk man said I needed to return the other towels. I explained we didn't have towels in the first place and he seemed surprised so thinking not a regular occurrence. I would say it would be nice if breakfast went until 10 everyday.

Check in was a breeze, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels for showering, check out was quick and easy

My neighbors had young children that were pretty loud first thing in the morning. I was up because of the children and not my alarm. That is not the fault of the hotel though, that is just how kids work. I have 4 of my own at home so I understand. Some things cannot be helped.

The price was great the room had a smart TV so we could watch youtube and Netflix (you have to log into ur own account of course) it was clean staff was nice it was close to where our concert was the neighborhood was nice there was nothing sketchy the curtains close all the way and are very good at keeping light out if ur wanting to sleep in the pool was nice we missed breakfast but it does go until 10am and the breakfast area was very clean the elevator was good size and clean they had carts to bring ur bags up the beds were a little lumpy so I was worried I'd wake up with back pain cuz I have chronic pain but I felt fine when I woke up and I didn't have a hard time getting comfortable over all it was a good stay!

There was no hot tub like the info said their was. The blankets had rips and some stuffing was coming out, the beds and room were a bit smaller than expected and the fridge didn't really keep stuff that cold. The parking lot isn't very big and there were only a couple handicap parking spots so for one night we didn't get handicap parking

Everything, beds were conformable,room was clean and cozy, staff was amazing and very helpful,pool was clear and was temp was perfect. We'll definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends and colleagues. Thank you so much 💓 for a wonderful time. Back soon Mrs. J A Gregorich

Location and staff were great! The decor is very nice also

The property seemed kind of beat up and used. Our room had cobwebs attaching the window valence to adjacent wall. Bed spread was torn and a pillow case was stained. Tub surround/tile had what looked like speared, dried mud. Care of cleaning room was not there

Room was very clean however they were short on wash cloths and towels and did not have them in my room. I contacted from desk and they apologized and advised they were short on staff and they were having them cleaned and will bring as soon as they were available. Wait was was about an hour but i was busy so it was ok.

Only issue was not having towels and wash cloths but once received and was advised on why I had no other complaints .

the toilet in 114 is a very short toilet very hard for a tall person or someone like me that has a disability.Other then that is was great

the pool was closed most of the time and it didn't have a hot tub like it said it did. the toilet was way to short
