The service is fantastic. Staff members, maids and food prep are all so very nice. They really make my staycations enjoyable. The rooms are always very clean. I recently discovered the room with the jacuzzi which is amazing. I had no idea it existed. Room # 138 I believe. The breakfast buffet is the best in any hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s just another reason to go there. I also enjoy the noon checkouts. The extra hour is very nice to have.

I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like about the property. An indoor pool isn’t really missed but I do enjoy using the outside pool during summer stays. The only thing I can think of is no snacks for us very early workers. Lol. I start at 5 am so it would be awesome to have a grain bar or smthng. However I can bring my own.

The staff and cleaning crew were so wonderful. They were ALWAYS ready and willing to help me. I never had to worry about getting the supplies I needed, whenever I needed them. The breakfast was delicious, loved the waffles, fruit, bacon, eggs, etc. I’ll be back in town soon and I’ve already rebooked.

They have a hot tub and pool that is nice, but sometimes (weekends) it gets a little crowded with families. Other than that, the outside space is a nice vibe. Bathrooms need a little attention.

The location was excellent and around everything you can think of. The hotel staff was nice and the food was decent. I loved the washing and drying was free.

Breakfast attendant always seemed to be cleaning up early. I would go at 8:50a and breakfast would end at 9:30a and she’s taking stuff up. Also the pool was heated but it was 90+ degrees so the water was not refreshing for the time we visited. The website states the free dinner is Tues-Thurs but the hotel is mon-wed so that needs to be corrected.

I like everything about this place amazing stuff both at front desk and the cleaning stuff , very clean place , the best I’ve stayed at don’t want to leave , home feel to it , did I say how very clean and great breakfast, and mon-weds, they have a meet and greet down stairs , with food , 5pm-7 .😊 super friendly and they care here❣️ every time I come up here , going to stay at this hotel…!

I liked everything here , there’s not one bad thing I can say about this place! Believe me I don’t want to leave here ,

The 2 bedroom with living room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious 😋 there was a good variety to choose from, they kept it clean and well stocked. Nice outside pool and jacuzzi. Nice business room complete with computer, copier and printer.

The kids and I hated that we couldn't stay an extra day.

Ended up on the 3rd floor with my pet which made the trip up and down the stairs hard on the body, there was something left in the cupboard that kinda smelled the room which I informed staff also if anything was stopping me from staying again it would probably be the fact that all I smelled was marijuana for 4 days. Everytime we come to town once a month we always stay here but because I had to smell this even in my room this kinda ruined it for me. I'm a cigarette smoker I walk myself outside to smoke I don't understand why the marijuana is allowed in the hallway the rooms it can ruin a trip.p

I was able to park by the back door, and my room was right there. The staff was very nice and welcoming!! Nice spread for the breakfast buffet too!!

The ice machine in the freezer didn't work. I turned off the ice machine and the motor still kept running making a sound.

I loved the way the rooms are set up with the mini kitchen. the room size was awesome and very clean. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved having the couch and extra space. The breakfast was the best of any hotel I ever stayed in!! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Elevator is a little jerky and very noisy. Also felt the breakfast staff needed to do a better job at keeping the buffet filled and wiped down better as well as the tables

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. When we got to our room it was very clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. We noticed a broken cabinet door and we called down mainly so we wouldn't be charged for it, the maintenance man was very nice and got to it right away. Would definitely recommend, its a great central location for families/couples/solo travelers.
