So clean and quiet I slept like a baby!! I liked the 24-hour market. Loved the kitchenette, bathroom supplies, beds and pillows were fresh and comfy. Staff was attentive and friendly. Most importantly…CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!!!

Not that I didn’t like, but would suggest more market item options. Worked from 8am-2am so restaurants were closed. Would’ve liked a few more fresh & frozen food items to choose from.

They did not offer a breakfast which was disappointing as that was part of why I selected this one in addition to location of where I was going the following day. They do offer a 10% discount if you go to National Coney Island or Noodles but given when I was leaving National Coney Island was the only option. On the way out of the lot thankfully so pretty convenient but not as convenient had breakfast been offered at the hotel stay.

No breakfast offered onsite. Had to go off site or purchase. Stayed at a Hilton last year not in Detroit but in Ohio....prices were almost exact, facility almost exact with set up but they did offer a breakfast. Highly recommended to offer one at least for convivence purposes for those that stay, especially traveling for work.

I liked everything!!! Best hotel Ive stayed at in years! Staff were Friendly, hotel and room very clean and nice! Exceeded all expectations !And to top it all off, fresh ground coffee in the morning!!!😍 Already told family about this hotel. Will definitely be back!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very new and in mint condition. We didn't realize that it came with kitchen facilities (dishwasher, cooktop...) which was impressive! Had we known, we would have brought food for breakfast. However, we found a decent little cafe around the corner.

It would have been nice to have some healthier snacks in the lobby like apples and bananas.

Access to the parking lot and following GPS was difficult. I am not from the area and my GPS was having difficulties directing us to the entrance of where the hotel is located.

I couldn't get my boarding pass on the computer, I didn't understand how it worked. Jada came over to help me, she even printed it out for me. Everyone was very kind.

I was very impressed with the size of the rooms and also cleanliness. The bathrooms were big and very clean. There was a full size kitchen in the rooms as well. I was very impressed with this hotel and I would most definitely stay again.

There wasn't any meal opportunities in the hotel but proximity to national coney island was more than enough for our needs.

When checking in staff didn't make an effort to give us access to information that would have been helpful ie..towel exchange or where more information was available.

No negatives to report.

There was a loud truck outside my window sitting idle for a while. That was a major interruption to my evening, however, that is not the hotel's fault.
