The breakfast was delicious and the people and staff there were super nice. It honestly surprised me. Even the room service people didn't annoy me too much either in my room. The woman cooking the breakfast was nice and allowed me to still eat food and bring some to my room to eat.

The only thing i didn't like was there was no streaming services on the TV, they had decent channels like comedy central and Disney stuff but no Netflix or prime video.

We enjoyed the in-room spa tub. Breakfast options were waffles, biscuits and gravy, mini cheese omelets, fruit, cereals, yogurt, etc. Breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly. Accommodations were nice. We felt it was a good value for the price we paid and would likely stay there again if we were visiting that area.

Having only curtains and not a solid partition between the bathroom/tub and room didn't provide the degree of privacy we are accustomed to.

Friendly, accommodating staff. The property itself is quite dated, but the newly renovated floors and guest rooms are a real improvement. Renovations are ongoing and can be a little disruptive, but we were given rooms on the third floor where it was very quiet. Very comfortable beds.

It is in a busy part of Utica beside a highway. Traffic noise might be an issue for some. Due to the ongoing reservations, breakfast has been paired down and in a small area where only a few people can be accommodated at a time.

Although the facility was undergoing renovations, the lobby area was pretty clean. The room we were in was nice and comfortable. I liked that there was a lot of grassy areas for our fur baby. The breakfast options were pretty good. Most of all, the staff were absolutely great!! From the front desk to housekeeping, they were all attentive and listened to any concerns that we had. This really made a difference and I would definitely book at this location again 🤗

What I would love to see more at hotels is an enclosed area for pets to run around off their leash.

The staff was fantastic! Shoutout to Elvis at the front desk! Continental breakfast was good and served its purpose. Room was very clean, even with renovations happening. Overall a good value for the money.

The grass was high in places and could use more attention. One employee said it was good that my room faced the front lot instead of the back so I wouldn't see something I shouldn't have to see. I gathered that they meant the apartment complex behind the hotel, which did give me some concern about the location. I wound up having no issues, but worth mentioning

The mirror lights in the bathroom are bad. The light is very low and does not illuminate very well. Very difficult to put on makup and do hair. It is more like a nightlight. Would recommend different lighting.

Staff was wonderful, even changed my room assignment for one more meeting my needs. Very helpful and friendly.

A little hard to find when you're not familiar with the area, it's off the road a bit and hard to see.

The size of the rooms. Everyone was friendly. Convenient parking.

Low light in the bathroom, only around the mirror. The shower floor was slippery. The breakfast wasn't what I was expecting. The elevator didn't work.

Was a great deal for a room with 2 queens. But when we got there, the staff said that they could bump us to a king suit for no extra charge and it had a jacuzzi! We expressed out gratitude and accepted the upgraded room. Breakfast was limited to box cereal muffins and fruit but that was to be expected since they were under construction. Well worth the beautiful and clean stay.

How little shampoo and condition me and my fiancé had to share haha!

Nothing spectacular, just the basic: toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, juices, coffee, milk, tea, bananas plus condiments like butter, cream cheese, honey, jelly, micro, toaster...

They need grab bars for the hot tub to get in and out of, for the elderly. Otherwise, everything was okay. Busy place, but we were well taken care of.
