I liked the location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was SO good to my family and was involved in knowing about my daughter and how she did at her dance competition- they celebrated with her for every win!

The single elevator, but even that wasn’t bad

I can't remember the receptions name she truly gave me excellent service after La Quinta told me I had no room for the night......she bent over backwards to find me a room, I went online and found 1 room to book.....great property room was fab, great breakfast in morning and price not much more than what I originally booked at La Quinta.....great place to stay

Updated and amazing staff

The pool was dirty and very old. The hallways and lobby was very dirty I was scared our room would be but our room was very clean. We were first given the wrong room upon arrival then our cards didn’t work. It was a bit of a flustered mess with a toddler but was easily taken care of.

Breakfast was great, location easily accessible.

I was charged $50 extra upon arrival without my prior knowledge for a security deposit. When I get a price I expect it to be the whole total with details.

They closed the lobby at 10 o'clock so that we were playing some card games and they made us get up and leave.

Downstairs lobby should be kept open longer. So that family can sit and talk.

Great location in the heart of town near lots of food and shopping! Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Nice and quiet, too. Bed was very comfortable.

Nothing major - the pool area is kind of small and cramped, and I wish it had a hot tub (though the pool water is crazy warm!) Only two trolleys available for luggage transport - it was busy when we left so we didn't get to use one on the way out.

the couch in the separate room was torn there was no toothpaste in the room but we didn’t use the sitting area so it was not a biggie

Very clean, staff was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous! Great value for the money. As Canadians we already have to add 40% exchange, so the price point is very important.

Breakfast had many options and that was great. They had run out of bacon and I asked to have more made and they refused to do so. That was disappointing.

The room had some peeling paint in the bedroom area.
