My king room was very comfortable. In addition to a desk and chair, there was an upholstered chair / ottoman with "C"-shaped table (perfect for setting down a glass or your book), and a lamp conveniently behind the chair--a great place to relax and read. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive--when I asked about oatmeal being missing from the breakfast buffet, the staff member promised to talk to the manager and the problem was resolved the next day.

I couldn't adjust the height of the desk chair upward, and it was low (I didn't ask the front desk's help with this, though I probably should have). When oatmeal was made available at the buffet, I discovered the hinge on the oatmeal pot was broken--so I wonder if the breakfast staff simply stopped making the oatmeal when it broke. Is this a training / communication issue?

Friendly staff atcheck in and checkout. The gentleman was very willing to make sure we were comfortable and had what we may need. The building was clean and upkept well. The breakfast the next morning was hot and well stocked.

The woman running the breakfast was rude and not friendly at all. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. Was not helpful when we would ask a question. The elevator was not in a central location and made you feel like you were going to the back of the building to use it.

the comfort of the room was great and the size of the bed was an added bonus, love having the microwave and fridge in the room to keep my food cool or warm up.

The breakfast buffet could have been better, since my eggs and sausage were luke warm at best, and the mini muffins that I had - one could tell they were a couple of days old since they tasted a bit stale

I love the Hampton Inn chain. Dependable expectations.

The room smell like someone performed a home perm in the room!!! It smelled like hair perm products!! Just after going to sleep, the refrigerator sounded like it was going to explode!! Very loud and I had to turn it off.

I like that there were multiple secured entrance and exits. My kids loved the whirlpool and pool although ,it was cold outside the hotel and pool water was nice. Breakfast was hot and I enjoyed it.

The third night I stayed the lobby wasn't clean before check Monday morning. Upon arrival I wasn't informed of the hotel room , pool hours, and multiple details. I know this because while waiting to get towels at the front desk the other guests receive helpful details I didn't receive during check in.

I only made breakfast once during my stay but it was good the day I got it. The options to choose from and the ease of making my own pancake/waffle 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 loved it

Just that the breakfast time should’ve been longer. Why have the same time as McDonald’s?

The location is close to everything I needed for the staying family, friends also entertainment, good location for fast access to all interstates. Great location for restaurants and shopping mall

There is nothing that I can say that I didn't like about the location

Breakfast was fine. There were several items to choose from and it was changed every day. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotless. We had our grandson and he went to the pool every day with his grandpa. Area was neat and clean. Aldi’s was within walking distance and Target was very close for any needs we had.

We were highly disappointed in recommendation of HAPPYS, cold hard sandwiches, late delivery, $50. Worth of food $10. + tip… very disappointing.. Would recommend that Hampton no longer recommend…

The staff was friendly and responded to our needs quickly and effectively. I would recommend basic first aid kits at the front counter for small incidents.

The pull out bed needed more attention. The bathroom in the pool area was locked or out of order which caused a little extra work with the little ones. And maybe some fruit and more options at breakfast.
