I really like this hotel. All the staff i have met have been so helpful and caring. Everyone is happy to help you with a smile. Rooms and grounds are clean and well kept up. My room is cheaper and I still have fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and ironing board with iron in the room. I love the private courtyard and outdoor fish tanks. They have an attached restaurant and bar, as well as a game room and pool tables. Fun for everyone and u dont even have to leave the grounds!

The only problem I've had here is I don't like that the water drain is slowed up in the bathtub while showering, so I have to stand in the water.

I have used you guys in the past but customer service was ho hum. I got to my room about 6am. I let them know ahead of time, they gave me the price for 2 days and I paid. After 24 hrs. they came to me and stated my time had expired. Then began to explain that checking in that early constitutes a full day when check in is at 3pm . But I was told that I could pay a fee for early check in as I did this time and previously. I've stayed there before. Plus I never get the price Booking gives me. I'm not complaining just confused !

The facility is in a great location. The staff is great with the exception of the GM she needs some training. The restaurant was exceptionally good and great service!! The pool area is very nice. Very quite here, the mngmt doesn't seem to allow any shenanigans. There were a lot of cameras, so I felt safe since my stay here I was alone. I'd definitely stay again. They definitely need to update the room to match the price they charge.

Restaurant was attached to hotel and offered late hours went for date night so there wasn’t slot of people and we had drinks and appetizers so it was cozy and perfect. Rates for jacuzzi room was great. After a little romantic touch up I brought along to spruce up the room it was great

Jacuzzi was old and had hair in drain had to clean for 30min before using . Couch had a few stains but I always bring a throw no matter what hotel.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, I liked there were doors separating the shower area from the rest of the room. We had a great view of the court yard and pool area. The grounds were very clean and it was quiet. Staff was very friendly and it's pet friendly.

Our room smelled like dog urine but we just bought some Febreeze and sprayed the carpet so our dogs didn't add to the smell. It wasn't the whole room, just in the alcove by the shower/bathroom.

The customer service was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I did not like that there wasn't a fride in the room. Also can pay a little more.detail in cleaning the rooms especially the bathroom. Also updated tvs with streaming options would have been cool.

I've stayed at this property before and for some reason my reservation is through Booking.com. I don't get the price I'm quoted from Booking.com, instead I pay for the prices that Days Inn advertise. I end up paying an early registration fee to have early check-in privileges because I fly in early

Everything pretty much just as described except they did not tell you before hand that they required a $50 deposit and that you couldn't get the deposit back until the following morning which is hard to do when your from out of town and are leaving before the said time .

It was very quiet and the location was around a lot of restaurants and stores

Room could have been vacuumed better, the fridge in the room was defrosting the whole time. Would have been nice to have continental breakfast like other Days Inn locations
