Loved everything about my trip. I was there for four days and everybody was so accommodating. Appreciate all the staff. If you needed something you got it they were very very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

I didn’t like the fact that when they ran out of meat because the shipment didn’t come in that the management didn’t go get me to accommodate the young lady working in the dining area she had to deal with a lot of negativity, but she handled it very very well. she did an awesome job.

The breakfast was awesome everything was good the mini store was on point the pool was very useful to my grandkids the exercise room was useful for me I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back to my second home again and again and again and the Staff was amazing

The King size bed was very comfortable. Nice size room 👌

The booking through booking.com was terrible When we got to the hotel there was no reservation we were not the only party 4 other parties that use booking.com were in the same situations showing no booking or reservation schedule, Some with payments made completely. 🤔

The staff was friendly and always willing to assist

I had to go to 3 rooms before I could get comfortable and get some sleep. However, the young lady that worked the front desk my nights was beyond generous. I had a few things in my room was broken as well

I had an awesome experience the front desk clerk was the best. Her name started with a M I think maykala or Morgan. She helped us get the pool open and provided us with all the towels we need lol.

It was an awesome experience. I just hate that when wording from booking.com we get the rooms all the way up in the corner or the building.

Everything. The surrounding area is very calm and clean, the hotel is a 10/10. We have the same event every year in Detroit and this hotel is already our place to stay without any doubt.

One thump or bump and your getting reported. Especially if you have kids. I wasnt even in mh room with my kids ten mins and i got reported twice by the people under me. That was crazy!

Great breakfast (sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc.). Generously sized room (one king bed, one chaise lounge, desk with rolling office chair, etc.). Friendly staff. One unexpected but very welcome touch was the extra uplighting in the room above the headboard and cabinets.

Upon entering the room, we'd get a whiff of a scent that smelled like someone smoked there before. Could have been commercial cleaning product, but not sure. The first room's smell was somewhat strong. We called the front desk and by the time we walked down to it, Jeremy already had another set of keys ready for us for a different room. Second room was better.

Well maintained. Good location near major highway. Breakfast had a very good variety of foods and plenty of coffee, regular and decaf! Excellent staff, especially Christopher who helped me secure a second room at 2:00 a.m.

The room i had needs some updates like carpet waa burnt or something coffee maker needs cleaning curtains pully not functioning properly .
