I loved my stay at Staybridge. The staff was friendly, the room and facilities were nice and clean and the breakfast was great. The only problem I had was that both nights I stayed, the occupants in the room beside me played music loud till early in the morning. I contacted the desk the first night and they did their best to take care of it. I gave up on the second night. I think maybe the walls are too thin and maybe the headboards shouldn't be against the same wall in each room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was the loud music played by the occupants in the neighboring room. This is at no fault to the front desk, they tried.

I had a wonderful stay. I had originally booked an air bnb in the area that turned out being very dirty and just not what was shown in pictures. We got there late and ended up not staying at the Airbnb because of the conditions. We booked this hotel last minute. We were comfortable and more than happy with our experience.

Our experience was great. The hotel was clean and smelled GREAT as soon as you walked in. The beds were comfortable, and our room was a decent size with a kitchenette. The breakfast was good as well, we'll be staying here from here on our trips to Michigan. Oh, and the staff was exceptional, super nice, and willing to please.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were nice with good water pressure. Nice towels. Great closet space and chest of drawers. Elevators were quiet. Rooms all had black out curtains . Staff were polite and very helpful. Nice variety of breakfast food.

Sorry, but we were not a fan of the coffee in the room. Breakfast service coffee was good.

The breakfast had a good selection of items and drinks, more than any other hotel I've stayed at. The facility was extremely clean. I loved the room we stayed it. The bathroom was a good size, and the kitchenette complete with stove top & dishwasher was fantastic. Check in and check out was a breeze. Every staff member we interacted with was super nice!

Hidden fees transparency is lacking tell the consumer everything so they know what's needed not when you arrive at the location and risk someone losing money

The room has everything we needed very spacious for the two of us. The outdoor area is very nice .

There were a few questionable stains glitter was everywhere not sure what went on before our stay . But overall clean room

The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful! They always said hello and asked if I needed anything every time I saw them. Very nice!
