I stay at hotels frequently. Of my experiences thus far in 2024,this location in Roseville,Michigan was the cleanest,most functional as far as tv,phone,etc. The front desk clerk at check in was very polite and professional. At checkout,there was a different person at the front desk,however she was equally polite and professional.

The faucet in the kitchenette was leaking a bit onto the counter,but I reported it to the front desk for maintenance to repair. I would not count that as a mark against my stay though.

Ms. Connie is the right person for her/the job! Her attitude was so welcoming, caring, and positive. Felt like I showed up at my Aunts house and was greeted by her. I will come back ONLY because I know she’s there!

Nowhere is perfect ALL THE TIME, but what stands out to me is when a business truly strives to be perfect. Extended Stay did that for. I noticed and appreciated it.

It is a very convenient location. There are many stores close by and it was only a 16 minute drive to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater, which going to was the purpose of the trip. All of the staff were extremely friendly. It was a very pleasant stay.

It is a very outdated property. The rooms were clean but not so clean at the same time. There were no bugs that we saw, but the fridge was kind of gross looking on the outside but it was just old and worn. The sheets and bed were clean but there was plastic wrapping on the floor when we checked in that was from a previous guest. The remote was sticky and dirty. The bathroom was clean and like I said no bugs. More attention could have gone into cleaning the little things like the remote and fridge but other than that, it was clean just extremely outdated and old.

This was my second stay. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean.

I wish the room had a coffee maker and a hair dryer. The only actual issue I found was that the shower curtain was too short and I ended up using towels to mop up the water on the floor.

It was a good value, clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable.

Not much choice for breakfast. Did not have a coffee maker in the room. One was given later and only a couple of coffee packs.

The Staff is amazing.

I didn’t like that housekeeping only clean your room if you request them to clean your room at the front desk. You have to put all of your dirty laundry and they provide you with clean laundry.

I got a room on the second floor, which was very big and clean

The hotel supposed to offer have some breakfast.Well,they give just one muffin, nothing else.

Location of establishment, easy access to highway/interstate, lots of restaurants nearby.

Lack of breakfast options. "Breakfast included" shouldn't be granola bar and coffee.

Very comfortable all the required amenities to have a long stay beautiful little kitchen at good shower comfortable beds great price.

This was the best Extended Stay location that I've been to. Customer service was excellent and the room quality was great.

There was a slight issue with the locking/closing mechanism on the room door.
