The bed (and blanket) was so comfortable and I slept so well! Serene definitely felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

I picked this property specifically for the pool but it wasn’t open, something about not having the required permit. I believe the property was being renovated. Our room looked like it had just been redone. I wish I had known the pool wouldn’t be open. I would have liked a bar of soap to wash my hands instead of using body wash. Then again, I typically use soft soap to wash my hands so maybe that’s a nonissue.

I like everything. The hotel was ok for the price.

Showers was dirty and the breakfast was greasy and expensive.

Stayed for one night, the last day of our vacation. The property looks like it has recently been updated. The room was exceptionally clean. Very close to the airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight. Several restaurants within walking distance, which was nice. They actually provided complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby, which was very appreciated.

Be aware that the hotel required a $200 security deposit. Cash or charge, but charge could take 5-7 days to be refunded. We opted for the cash deposit. There is an ATM in the lobby. They refunded the cash without any problems at checkout. I was just irritated with the policy as it was our final night of a 10 day vacation.

I like that breakfast, free parking and wifi was available. Close proximity to the strip.

The facility does not serve breakfast any longer, just coffee/tea/water at the lobby. I only found out the day we checked in. Although the front desk staff states that the amount of our stay did not include the breakfast when they submitted to Booking.com, I now still have to follow up with Booking.com, who charged my credit card with breakfast. I would have liked some communication from either the property and Booking.com before the date of expected arrival to avoid the wrong charge and/or maybe we could have made other booking arrangements.

I loved that it wasn’t too far from the attractions. we drove there so everything was less than 15 minutes away! I also liked that our rooms were nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

I wish the outside reflected the inside. The rooms are nice and clean the outside should resemble! I’m sure more people would love to stay there if it was more modernized!

The staff was above and beyond,any question or request that I had was fulfilled as soon as possible. There is free coffee tea and water 24/7. I don't know the rules , but sometimes there are doughnuts and instant oatmeal as well. There is a basic gym for free, and it's open 24/7 . I went in the winter, but there are 2 pools which look really lovely.

It is an older property but overall well maintained. I went in the winter and it was quite chilly. The room doors have a really big space between the actual door and the frame, letting the cold air come into the room. I had the heater on 86 a whole time, and sometimes it was chilly in the room. Next time, I'll bring warmer pajamas, but I definitely will stay here again!

It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance of the strip. Friendly staff very helpful.

Noise from airplanes taking off was loud when sitting outside - didn’t bother us when we were in our room.

We came into town for a UNLV baseball game, so the location was convenient for us. It's within walking distance of the strip if that is your primary purpose of the visit. I actually like that it isn't a huge hotel. The rooms are divided within several small buildings so the hallways are short and there aren't that many rooms per floor. I liked the ease of getting outside and hanging out at the pool cabana. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were recently renovated. The shower was probably the best water pressure ever of any hotel shower!

The hotel is going through renovations, so I would say next year, this place will be very, very nice. But to rate as of now... Gym - no hand wipes or dirty towels bin Security - no locks on individual buildings. Anyone could walk in Bathroom - need to install towel racks closer to the shower Room safe - only worked after a minimum of 3 tries Pool - dust off the couches in the cabanas

Great deal for one night stay near the Airport.

This hotel is likely one of the most affordable options in town, which was the main reason we chose it, as we're not particularly interested in resorts or the Las Vegas nightlife. Despite the low price, we were genuinely impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff, as well as the clean and pleasant rooms. We stayed here for two nights. The first night, we had an old and slightly smelly room, but on our return visit two weeks later, we were given a much nicer, renovated room. I recommend carefully checking the pictures of the room you book to ensure you get a renovated one. Overall, we were quite satisfied, very good value for money. We will definitely return if we stay in Las Vegas again.
