Very nice hotel, comfortable room, good breakfest, near the convention center, reasonoble price

Hotel is far from two important place 1.strip 2.fremont street, hotel has big and empty parking place but charges 24 for one night!, plastic fork, knife and glass at breakfest was strange

The location was quiet and out of the craziness of the Las Vegas strip, which we liked - it did mean we had to Uber to and from our hotel to the main area for sightseeing, etc, but that suited us well. The breakfast included had variety day to day, and the pool and laundry amenities were a bonus.

The reception staff were really friendly, but with only one staff member on, there were often long wait times even if we had only a quick question. The breakfast hours were a bit shorter than usual buffet times, and we found the method of paying for parking difficult and a little confusing - otherwise a great stay tp use Vegas as a base and escape the chaos of the main strip.

The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean.

The only thing I would recommend is more options for breakfast because after a few days it becomes too monotonous

It was clean, the room was spacious, even when placing the "sleeping more" sign at the door, the cleaning team showed up and left a note at the door saying they came but didn't enter the room.

I received a special discount code, but I let it expire, then when I got to the hotel. I asked if there was a similar rate available for the period I needed, the answer was no and I was suggested to book a room with a full rate instead. Then I just sat in the reception and made a reservation through Booking com, I got an even cheaper rate than my original discount would give me... Also the flash in my bathroom was broken in a way it flushes the water every hour or so even during the nights, so it was very annoying.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. This is our second time staying in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint on the first or on the second time. Staff is very friendly and the area around the hotel is predominately safe. Very close to the convention center about 5-10 min walk. The only thing I did not like was the parking structure. It doesn’t have a way to keep none hotel guest out. So I was worried about a car break in. But thankfully that never happened.

The service from the staff and how the size of the room.

The property was in a convenient location to where we needed to be. It was clean and the rooms were spacious. We loved the hostess from the restaurant, we saw her for dinner and lunch and she always took great care of us and was very kind to my kids as well.

Having a free breakfast was great but it would have been nice to have a bigger variety of food options. Maybe alternating the food options and having new things would have been nice.

location and view; when searching for a place to stay, this was the only one that didn't allow animals--my spouse and children have terrible allergies and that's always a challenge for me when I book hotels; apparently, many people that go to Las Vegas like to bring their pets...

for breakfast, the eggs were not very tasty (which they tried to make up for by having grated cheese and salsa available) and there was no cream cheese or butter for the bagels (seemed odd to me)

good location, out of the chaos of the strip, but close to the monorail that brings you there. Equipment quite old but comfortable, good complimentary breakfast.

The sofa to be converted in bed for the 3rd person was dusty, smelly, and uncomfortable. The guests have to prepare the bedding themselves, quite annoying when you arrive late in the night after a transatlantic flight. The room is good for two, definitely not for 3.

You can walk 10 mins and will be on the westgate stop for the monorail, the food is soo good, the breakfast is nice and they have a water machine which is so good specially with the high cost of water on the strip

You need to walk like 20 mins for a dark and solitary street to be on the strip. They just have one restaurant and close early (10pm)

The staff were friendly and helpful The room and bathrooms was clean and fresh. Enough bench space.

The trundle bed was really uncomfortable, and only 3 towels were provided for 4 off us, both days. It was in a relatively good position but further than we thought from the places we wanted to visit so that meant taxi, User and bus.
