The staff was nice. Clean room. On the beach. We did see dolphins!

The breakfast was great! The rooms were big and clean. Loved the dog park and that it is beach front.

I had searched pet friendly places and best western came up so I thought the whole place was pet friendly. I had to change everything I booked. I loved the rooms we ended up with but disappointed we were so far apart from my family.

It was a typical free breakfast. Nothing I could rave about. I would rather go elsewhere for breakfast.

Although the beds were comfortable, and the overall room was fairly clean, the pullout couch appearance looked pretty outdated and dirty. They also didn’t have any utensils or dishware for the kitchen area so people should bring those items with them.

Very nice location, updated room, good breakfast and office staff were nice and accommodating. Maintained staff was spot on when we needed them. Beach was beautiful, lovely pool, not crowded at all. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Plenty of parking , elevator was nice for carrying luggage to and from the room.

Housekeeping service was poor., we had to complain to the office staff multiple times to even get the trash taken out, floors swept and beds made. Housekeeping did not replenish towels , shower soap dispensers or coffee pods during our stay with us calling to complain. There was no kitchen items in the kitchen. No pots or pans or utensils. We were able to get a pan from the office but had to buy other items at a nearby Walmart.

The location is on the beach, there's a park with a playground a few minutes away, there's a full fridge with a working freezer. Breakfast was good. You can check in early for an extra $ 40. The kitchen is stocked with dish soap and paper towels. The sofa bed is big. Room is spacious.

Though the room looks recently renovated, the AC, doors, and kitchen look a bit run down. I wish I could have brought a broom because we can't help bringing in the sand. I constantly had to make sure not to get sand on the bed. The outdoor pool was cold, and there were no towels by the pool. Some ducks took a swim in the pool and pooped in there. I could hear the TV in the next room but I fell asleep listening to it. The guests below us couldn't and decided to bang on their ceiling, which woke me up twice. The room smelled like Marijuana.

Location to the beach was perfect. Pool area was great. Breakfast was yummy!

There is a step that leads into each room that we were unaware of (we were not in the accessible room however, based on pictures thought the room would be fine for us anyway). Our daughter is in a powerchair so that made things tricky for us. We made due with a piece of plywood we found that we turned into a makeshift ramp but others with mobility issues should be aware of the step. Also, umbrellas at the tables in the lounging and pool area would be nice!

Loved the large size of the room as there was a master room, 2 queen sized beds, 2 heating/ ac units to warm all of the interior. The kitchen was quaint but nice and could hold my leftovers from ordering out. A microwave to heat any food if I didn't wish to cook on the stove. Had the option to cook my own food, would need to bring own cookingware in order to utilize it efficiently. A couch in the living space to stretch out when you don't want to be on the bed and capable of rotating the tv to see from any angle. The view of the beach was nice and the weather was warmer than I expected it to be. The staff for the most part were either nice or helpful when questions arose or making purchases from their pantry. Also liked the offerings from the pantry since it featured snacks, microwave easy meals & some drinks if you didn't feel like heading to any of the other stores or wanted something light. Oh the location is also within range of a lot of grocery stores, restaurants & convenience stores so you don't have to go far for anything.

I liked watching the tv though there was only 40 channels available but in reality it was 38 since channel 1 was the guide and another station didn't work at all and didn't have a connection. Otherwise, I was content with the options for the most part. The free breakfast food options were plentiful though I found the more common offerings: eggs, breakfast meat of some sort & the muffins were either too sweet, bland (though they offered salt & the like to season) or somewhat underwhelming. Got to a point where I ate less and less since I was eating the same thing that was reliable but boring.

It’s proximity to the beach. Easy beach access. Room with a kitchen. Breakfast.

Property could use a facelift. Carpet was worn and dingy. Lamps and stove had rust. Ice machine didn’t look clean. Shower had some mildew that I cleaned.

The staff was amazing. I asked if I could be on the top room and she made adjustments for me since I never like being on the bottom floor. The direct access to the water was absolutely amazing. The sunset was amazing The pool was still open even though it was September and it was still warm so that's awesome.

The breakfast was not great at all. The staff that did the breakfast was absolutely amazing and super sweet. The facilities were amazingly clean. But the product used I could taste that some of it was expired like the pancake and waffle batter. So it made our stomach turn and that was not awesome.

Lady that checked us in could have told us where and when breakfast was. Also about where ice machine etc was located. Didn't like that there were boys/men in parking lot skateboarding and would not move for us to get in.
