Actually, there is a number of 3 star hotels in the area, and this one is a 2 star hotel. So obviously there is a difference in terms of renovation etc. However from my perspective, the hotel is conveniently located, exceptionally clean and well served, front desk speaks excellent English and all of them (I saw 5 people in shifts) are attentive and helpful. The room is reasonable in size, not smaller than in the nearby 3* alternatives. And the price is 2 times lower. So if you need a clean place to stay in the area, without luxury or fancy stuff but perfectly livable, Timhotel is the best choice.

Nothing noted worth mentioning. Again, note, this is a 2* venue. Don’t expert wooden furniture etc. All is cheap but clean, safe and functional.

It was clean and affordable and they had really nice breakfast layout and the location was in a good spot.

The elevator was really small could barely fit you and your luggage in it ( but it wasn’t a turn away for me I managed.). I got a 2 twin bed room, the room was small and beds super close together which I wasn’t accustomed to coming from America with bath room being super tight but over all every thing was functional. Make sure to have a European adapter for your phone if flying over from America 

Staff were all super friendly and always read to help. There was an old man in his 70s who went that extra mile to print very useful information about the Louvre museum.

Location of the Hotel. Easy access to Supermarkets and metro 9. and bus stop. High class restaurants are also in the vicinity.

The staff is the nicest, so polite and helpful. The area is really nice. On that street you can find anything you might need. I was there in January and I can tell that the room was always hot, so after a long trip in Paris it was perfect to come back to a warm and cozy place.

I like the service, staff very polite and the fact that I have restaurants, coffee shops nearby and the train station was not far and I can get different buses to travel in the town.

The lift was broken, we have to take the stairs up yo the 5th floor

The staff is excellent, location is very good, close to train stations and buses.

No air conditioning system, no fan in the room.

Close to Roland Garros, bus stop, shops Good breakfast. Some vegetables would be nice like tomato, pepper, cucumber.

The bathroom style.

Close to Business, simple an easy stay, close to citycenter great neighborhood and stores … not a 6 star castle but good value for money … you book 2 stars ? You get 2 stars !

… the site under constructionto get the needed refurbishing. Coffee is not the best but „Odette“ is a 5 min. walk away … great location for a drink a dinner or … a ristretto from 7 a.m :-)

Veey good value for money, excellent location, kind staff and good breakfast. The place deserves higher ranking than the one it has here.

Very convenient if you’re watching Roland Garros.

The property is good but I think it needs updating.
