The hotel and experience was the ultimate BEST. Eugene at the front desk was beyond helpful and such a darling. The gentlemen at the breakfast made our morning very special as they were so kind and cared for my daughter when she did not feel well. The staff went over and beyond. The breakfast had a wide variety, I was fed well. The rooms are amazing. Large, spacious and clean. I had the best experience with my children. It is also conveniently located close to all forms of transport, trams, buses and metro. I loved loved loved staying at Novotel. Hats off to the staff. AMAZING!!!!!

Very good breakfast setup and all of the food served is delicious, coffee machine is awesome and juice is very refreshing. All of the cheese and cold cuts are top quality and the hot options as well. Breads, waffles and crepes are very liked by young ones. Also the room had a very nice coffee machine setup, microwave to reheat any snack and a cooler to store all our beverages we wanted to have after long walk days. Also it has a small market for snacks and drinks that has very good prices.

Has issues with air conditioner on hot days, it wasn't making the room comfortable so we had to open windows to make it better every day.

I like my beds hard, and the one in this location was perfect. The decor is tasteful, although I did bump my head a few times on the “hanging” lamp shade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has an attached private parking. Amazing for Paris. The spaces were large enough but not too generous.

If I had to complain, then the number of towels were dwindling by the day as if the cleaning staff were playing a game of countdown with us. Also I set of cups for the bathroom to keep the toothbrush and that sort would have been good, as would a notice that the complementary water is to be found near the reception. Would have saved me a 15 minute trod in the rain to the nearest convenience store. they can be a bit more generous with the number of hangers in the room. I suspect it may be a fashion faux pas or something to provide more than the minimum.

Great location, about 30 min with taxi from Orly airport. Next to hotel you have tram and train stations so very convient for Versalies ( 5-7 stops) direction or Paris ( Eiffel, Louvre). 15 min walk from hotel was Aquaboulevard so bonus on top of all hols. Grocerie shop abt under 10 min away from hotel, there is lovely park literally next door to hotel so fantastic for stroll. Walk to Eiffel is only under 1 hour if you would like to have a stroll along Seine River altho train will take u in 10 min :) (2 Stops) but we wanted to explore. We didnt book breaki as we wanted to eat outside. Subway is opposite hotel and few other places near by. Staff very polite. Rooms good for family of 4, clean. Had double bed and sofa bed for kids, shower and bath, toilet. Little fridge in room, kettle, small sink, microwave and fridge. Would defo recomend and would come back myself.

As always you can find things not to be happy about but we were literally sleeping in room and enjoying Paris so wont go into negatives.

The room was clean, tidy and well maintained with large shower, good size separate bath and large double bed as well as two smaller beds for the children. The room was also furnished with a large tv and small food prep area including a fridge. The property is directly next to the train station and three stops away from the Eiffel Tower. The noise didn’t bother us as we could barely hear it but those who sleep with the window open or particularly light sleepers may hear the noise here and there.

This property was perfect fit for our needs. Don’t let the location keep you from not booking this property. Hotel is located few min by foot from train station which has great connecion with all Paris main sights. Pesonnel gave us very useful info (especially to buy week pass for public transport that covers transport to CDG, to and from Versailles, to and from Disneyland and all other parts of the city). Breakfast was great, with sweet and savory options, very big room (especially in Paris terms, separate toilette and bathroom, they clean and change towels daily. If we come to Paris again, this hotel will be our choice again.

Pillows too soft for me, but it’s a metter of personal preference

Localization very good, close to RER train and trams, which allows to get easily to main Paris attractions. Good soundproofing windows, it was quiet despite windows going directly to train line. Relatively close to Eiffel Tower, traveling via uber is also reasonable (ca. 12-13 EUR). The room is quite big and well equipped. Separate toilet and bathroom. Both bath and shower in bathroom. Microwave in room. Very good breakfast.

The parking is rather small and there is not possible reservation. When we arrived there were many places, so it was not issue, however when leaving there where only 1 place left. I believe hotel should accept parking reservation in advance.

Very comfortable room, with large double bed (and very comfortable matress) and a couch making two separate single beds. WC and bathroom conveniently separate. Kitchen corner with nespresso coffee maker, fridge and micro. Did not try breakfast. Good location, just outside the périfphérique but nice neighbourhood and there is a train station just outside (need 15-30 minutes to reach downtown paris). There is a parking on the premises, but you can easily park on the street.

If you are a light sleeper ask for a room that does not overlook the train line. Price was a bit high but, ok, this is Paris...

the room was great and loved the extra bed for my child, used the refrigerator a lot and also was pleased with the coffee maker and tea. Very comfortable and clean also.

The air conditioning was not working properly and it was hot, we had to open windows and door to hallway to feel more pleasant. This needs to be fixed!!

Great location near train and tram lines. It was very close to the city centre, as well as Expo. The room was clean and spacious. Cleaning service was cleaning the room every day, changing towels etc. The personel was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Drinking water was available only near reception on ground floor, it would be great to have water machine on every floor near the elevator.
