15 min walking from RER, clean room, comfortable bed Easy check in, I like the system with a code instead of a card (no risk of losing the card)

I had a reservation with a lower price and free cancelation. Canceled it by mistake and reserved again same thing in 1 min, 20 extra euro/night, no free cancelation. Sent an email in 2 min, not possible to cancel. My fault of course, still didn't like this approach. The bathroom had no ventilation, after taking a shower everything was wet from the steam. Also the shower head was a bit broke, spraying water everywhere.

All the facilities are excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the surroundings were quiet. The train station is just a 7–10 minute walk away, which I think is very convenient, especially for young travelers. Overall, it was the best location for our stay and a perfect base for exploring Paris.

Maybe the Air Conditioner should be improved. Wifi signal even on first floor were not good. Could be improved.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. From the concierge (Katia), housekeeper (Dembele), to the cook (Kadidja), they are exceptional.

It was ok the hotel but in my opinion a but far away walking from stores or something to entertain. But using Uber we made our way quickly to the attractions of Paris.

This B&B Hotel is located in proximity to the rail station and a couple of restaurants from downtown of Nanterre. the rooms are simple, bed, counter, tv, and a little bathroom. Is good if you are spending the time in Paris and sleeping in this place. It offers exactly that, a place to sleep and have a shower. The bed is ok, and the noise from the street or from other guests it’s at a minimum. The Nanterre Ville rail station is located at aprox. 1 km. Easy walk, and also the place is not scary. The streets are well luminated, you feel safe when you walk around. The train to Paris Zone is 2.6 euro per person.

I knew what to expect and honestly, I don’t have any complaints.

Breakfast was just okay. Hardly any interaction with staff in hotel. Had to ask reception for hairdryer used to having one in room.

Great beds and fantastic shower

Maybe the neighbourhood, but we arrived late in the evening and didn't know where to go..so I think that in the end it wasn't a problem at all.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there is a food order service in the lobby which was very convenient and not too pricy.

Though it's very easy to take the RER to Paris, the station is quite far (about a 15min walk) so it's a bit inconvenient if you plan on staying out late.

Easy to check in. Very nice staff. Clean room with room to hang clothes. Bedside lights and outlets were useful. It was a short walk to train station and around $30 to Uber home from Paris in the evenings. Also was a reasonable Uber ride to Versailles. Air conditioning was wonderful to have in the summer (even though it wasn't super powerful by American standards and turned back to automatic mode after a while). Blackout curtains were nice for sleeping in, and big window was nice for light. Vending machines in the lobby had snacks and coffee. Breakfast looked good, but we chose to eat at a local restaurant called "Brunch & Vous" (recommend) or just grab a bite once we were in the city. Fresh towels were provided after a couple of nights, which was nice. Bathroom was clean, didn't smell, drained well, and had bright enough lights for putting on makeup, and an outlet by the mirror for accessories like hair dryer. There were signs in the lobby saying you could ask to borrow a hair dryer and/or iron if needed.

The bathroom floor was soaking wet after every shower, since the door left an opening and water sprayed out. To be honest, it seems like a common issue in Europe in general. I'm not sure why so many of the airbnbs and hotels I stayed in didn't have shower doors or curtains to contain the water.
