Location, view of La Défense and the Eiffel Tower (although a very grey foggy weekend). The staff was really friendly and happy to help with our queries re: the buses. Clean apartment and comfortable beds (even the fold up bed). Kitchen was clean and handy to have a table and 4 chairs. Heating works well.

I’d say the bathroom could do with a freshen up. The drainage in the shower didn’t really work, hairdryer is old fashion attached to the wall. The lack of USB power points was felt. Shame in 2025 not to have USB in the room.

The only problem we had was that the nearest supermarket was 25 minutes away and being with an elderly lady who couldn't walk well this was a problem, area did not have a taxi service. Hotel didn't serve food and the mini market was not stocked with anything we could eat on our first night, having got to the hotel late. We were offered delivery service but this was only burgers or pizza which my elderly friend wouldn't eat.

Was a lovely hotel in a very quite area. Shuttle bus on hand to take you to and from the station whenever you needed it. Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite and the Manager was very kind and friendly to us.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, it was just a bit far from the places we wanted to visit. No taxis in the area so good half an hour walk to the supermarket and not sure how long it would have taken to walk to the river to visit the beautiful town I had viewed online.

The boss is super friendly and thoughtful and drove me multiple times to the stations, truly adorable and nice guy.

I stayed there for 18 nights, the supply of sparkling water to the room is not on the daily basis. If so, they asked for extra cost, which is not expected.

My experience was only positive. All the staff were happy and helpful and the manager was just enthusiastic and quite clearly loved his job and made my stay and welcome stand out from other places I stayed. Definitely will use this accommodation again, and reccommend anyone visiting Paris.

This was in a great location for us as we were visiting family who live nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. There was a lot of storage space and everything worked as it should. The bed was large and comfortable. The on-site laundry was very useful for a two week stay, and reasonably priced. Wifi provision was excellent.

Parking on site was too expensive for stays less than one month so we parked on the road outside. The shower cubicle was very small. Early rising workers could be a little loud.

we unexpectedly had to spend a night close to Paris - the hotel is a 22 mins walk from the RER - there are a few shops / cafes by the RER but the rest of the walk is through abandoned suburb with just car dealer and repairer. I think by car it is close to a link road. Pool, gym and breakfast were all excellent Staff were both friendly and efficient

spacious apartment with view - pool is great bonus - we stayed only one night but i can see this as perfect location for longer stay - its not long drive to Paris.recommend.
