Free water station on every floor with carbonate water. A/C works fine. Curtains that allow dark rooms at night. Desk space to work. Good internet speed. Free parking onsite (at least for us). Restaurants that are open late are close by (but you need a car to drive to them).

Shower water pressure is not the best, but temperature control works fine. Bed is okay, but a little springy. Location was good for us (with a car), but probably not for most people without a car. About a 15-minute walk to RER Line B.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations, and so pleased we chose this one last minute. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the hotel staff. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the bed was the best hotel bed we have stayed in for a very long time - very comfortable! Great value for money!

Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Good location. Friendly staff. Fridge in room .

Room service was available but not explained to us how to access it. There was a block of wood with a QR code on in the room and this was the menu. Same in the restaurant. We sat for a while in the evening in the restaurant before my husband had to go and get someone to serve us. Then we were given the block of wood again with the QR and not told what it was but just realised ourselves. The QR code didn’t work on my iPhone but did on my husbands phone. Only one guy working in the restaurant. All taking too long so we went to Maccys in the end!

We wanted to reschedule our stay but that was almost impossible because the girl at the reception did not speak English! At a big franchise as Novotel I expect the staff to speak at least basic English.

The rooms are very clean. Hotel staff is very polite. RER station is at a walkable distance.

The bathroom and toilet were seperate.

Nice and clean hotel located close to highway. Only 30 minutes drive to city centre of Paris.

Outdoor swimming pool is closed till 1st of June so we could not enjoy but had great time at hotel.

Standard 4 start Novotel in Paris. Very confy and good resturant for having dinner. Nice swimming pool for hot summer days. Convenient location near the highway.

Nice hotel in a good location when traveling from the Netherlands to southern France. Despite the size there is a nice personal touch to the place. The restaurant is really good and the outside terrace is a nice place to sit in the evening. The children were made very welcome with a goodie bag with crayons and toys etc.
