This Hotel exceeded my expectations. What a cute little Hotel with all of the amenities you need, amazing facilities, and attention to small details. Stylish, nicely furnished, clean, spacious rooms for a city hotel. For a home away from home to come back to after your busy day of travelling Paris, we thought this hotel was great. The bedrooms were stylish as shown in the pictures, a postcard the hotel can send to your loved ones from Paris, great sound proofing, AC, 9/10 comfy beds. The best part for us was to be able to wind down and reset our tired body’s in the sauna and private pool. Don’t forget to book in advance. The indoor swimming can be booked till late which was amazing. It is a gorgeous serene room with a great sized indoor pool. Breakfast had a variety of options; pancakes, bread, cheese and ham, cereal, yummy fresh juices, yoghurt, mini pastries, scrambled eggs and sausages. I am used to large buffets for breakfast, but this hotel is a small city hotel therefore although there were options, they were on a small scale. Having said this, I think it was perfect enough for me as I could go about my day without a food coma in the morning. The staff were amazing! Very lovely staff throughout, from reception to the breakfast, to the caretakers. Elaine who we met on first day, very funny and lovely. I did not get her name, but she had long curly hair, she was so so lovely and hospitable, went out of her way to help us with our travels, with lots of recommendations and tips for travelling Paris. The hotel is located so close to the Arc de Triomphe! We passed it daily haha!. The RER is very close, and to our surprise the famous steak and chips place is only a 3 min walk (one of our best food experiences)! One of the metros we had to take daily was a 12min walk away. Wish it had been a bit closer, but I guess this is travelling.

This is minor but would make the world of a difference. Stricter timings for the indoor swimming pool would have made the stay even nicer. Would like the hotel staff to reinforce the allocated times for the indoor swimming pool, as we had to wait for the previous hotel guests who surpassed their allocated time slot, wait further for the area to be cleaned up, which cut back on our time. Unfortunately for the Hotel, the coffee machine during breakfast broke down. They were expecting an engineer to arrive and fix, but it was not working the next day either. They did replace it with a small single unit coffee maker, but maybe could have found another solution to this.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my wife as an anniversary city break. I asked the hotel if they could do a romantic gesture in the room for our arrival. When we turned up they immediately remembered who we were and advised us our room was ready 3 hours earlier. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, accommodating all our needs and requests. The pool on site you have to reserve to use but this means you have the pools area to yourself for 45 minutes which we really enjoyed. Other parts of the spa was open throughout the day and could use when we wanted. We booked a spa treatment which was performed in the pool room and was the best massage both of us has ever had. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The romantic request was fulfilled better than expected and looked so beautiful. The breakfast was included and very nice, all you can eat full of pastries, toast, yogurts, fruits etc, and a coffee machine which was also unlimited.

The only thing that we could suggest is to have a treatment room onsite instead of using the pool room. Although didn’t affect the relaxation of the massage.

Great location and wonderful staff who are always so friendly and willing to help. Fabulous location and it’s a lovely boutique hotel.

The room that we stayed in was great on the whole, but it was quite small. It was the double room with a balcony. Perhaps all the rooms are that size, but if we booked again, we would look for a bigger room at the hotel. Space is quite tight when walking around the bed. Overall comfortable room and really well done.

Delux room was spacious, with comfortable very large bed and good air conditioner. Room was quiet. The private spa area clean and nice (pre reservation needed). Breakfast with good choice. Reception & other workers very friendly, helpful & nice. Hotel is situated near to metro station.

Carpet on the floor had some big stains and there was no hair conditioner (only shampoo) at the bathroom. However these were minor things to note.

Location a few steps to Palais des Congres. Small but very nice rooms, excellent beds, all newly renovated and super clean. Room temperature is easy to adjust. Lovely and very attentive employees that make you feel at home. The spa was a nice addition that I used almost every evening.

Breakfast at 20€ extra is a bit expensive, excellent Mariage Freres teas and pastries and good selection of savoury but coffee drinks were less good - automatic machines seldom make good coffee, simple brewed coffee and milk are usually better in my view.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. The staff on reception were so helpful with all my requests. Sarah in particular was excellent, but everyone I encountered was very kind. The room was comfortable, and everything worked well.

Generally everything was very good, but beware you need to book the swimming pool in advance of your stay if you want to use it.

The stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its professionalism, tranquility and courtesy. the Spa area is wonderful. the breakfast room is a wedding favor. the room is welcoming, clean, the bed is very large and comfortable, just a little cramped in space. I suggest broadening the choice of dishes at breakfast and perhaps having a small fridge in the room. I want to congratulate the staff and in particular Mrs. Sarra for her kindness, sweetness and precision at work.

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. It was boutique style so a bit more private and less noise. We particularly enjoyed our spa booking as we did not realise it was private for just us for 45 minutes. The whole stay was romantic and we would definitely booked at Hotel Toujours again.

Great location, comfortable but very small room.

The night staff member was the only staff member that engage with me the entire time, the ones during the day never acknowledged me. The pool while aesthetically pleasing but was very dirty - clumps of hair and cigarette butts floating around.

Staff was extremely caring despite our late arrival. They also helped with the taxi upon check-out. Finally, the breakfast was nice and the interior itself is really stylish

We booked the room called "Room with Spa access" which is more expensive than the same room without that access. Upon arrival we asked if we can visit spa and found out that we have to book it in advance. Which is nearly impossible if you stay for only 1 night as we did. There is no information about necessity of spa booking in the description of the room or hotel. You only get the info about it after booking the room. All the slots for our arrival's evening were taken but luckily someone didnt show up for their time. So the manager let us know about it and we got the opportunity to visit the spa. The spa itself was nice
